मैंने ०२/०४/२०१७ को मेरा और मेरी वाइफ का आपके सर्कुलर रोड वाली ब्रांच में ब्लड सैम्पल शुगर जाँच के लिए फास्टिंग और PP का दिया था जिसका लैब नो. अनिल बंसल 133943495 ,133943474 और स्नेह बंसल लैब नो 133943496 , 133943473 था । मैंने जब आपके लैब कर्मचारी से इनकी पेमेंट की रसीद मांगी तब उन्होंने मुझे कल ले कर जाने को बोला । आज सुबह जब मैं रिपोर्ट लेने को गया और उनसे मैंने उपरोक्त लैब की पेमेन्ट रसीद मांगी तो उन्होंने मुंझे 40 मिनेट्स तक बिठाये रखा । और जब मैंने उनसे दुबारा रसीद के लिए बोला तो उन्होंने मुझे 30 मिनेट्स और बैठने के लिए कहा । सर क्या यही आपकी सर्विस है जो एक शुगर पेसन्ट को परेशान करती है । मुझे उमीद है आप मेरी शिकायत पर गौर करके आपके कर्मचारी पर कार्यवाही करेंगे और मेरी पेमेन्ट की रसीद मेरी मेल पर भेजने की कृपा करेंगे ।मेरी मेल ANILBANSAL715 @GMAIL .COM है।

Sir i avinash kumar visited in patna rajabazar located L96 branch for my mother checkup, and i found so many lack in L96 branch.
I already compalined online. And my complain number is CMP-18-8-13-825.
Sir in morning they said u can collect report after 6:00 pm And just now went for report they said come at 8:00pm L 96 official staff thinking that customers have others work. the lady whose was on reception,the way of talking was not good. She dont have manners how to talk to customers.
Sir i request you to take this matter on serious basis.

Very poor service given by the staff of dr Lal path lab I went for ultra sound after paying amount for usg staff told me wait and consume water and hold urine while ur turn come. I was waiting for my turn but they called other patient which came after me after waiting for 2 hr when I went and ask for my turn they told we have not sent ur receipt in usg room it kept in reception it self but while that time doctor left the usg room so they told me to come next day for usg I was fully disappointed by the behaviour of staff they are not sincere

Dear Sir, I am an exservice man from IAF. My wife was to be tested for Lipid profile Thyroidal test.It have been referred by Poly Clinic Lodi Toad New Delhi. I have reported for test at Dr. Lal path Lab C/o Bhagat Chandra Hospital Mahavir Enclave Palam. Lab has asked to wait my token no was 39. After half an hour when my turn came the man at Counter has denied and told we do not do for paticular poly clinic.
It was a harassment. The time for other lab was also over is it the way to deal whereas ECHS has told to go anylab.
Please do take appropriate action against the lab and intimate. We have served the nation proudly.

maine 2 din wait kia but report nahi aayi h and phir main customer care ko phone kia aur wo bolta h ki appki report 4 din baad aayegi
jo report m hr month medanta hospital m within 4 to 5 hr m collect kr lete tha wo us report ko test karne m 4 din le rahe h
,eri bas aap sabhi se ye request h please Lal path pe believe mat karo

Irresponsible behaviour to issue HPE blocks fro review by Vikas:

Dear Sir,
I Vikas Sharawat S/O Shri Satpal had put request for Issue of Blocks of Histpathology for review on 18-12-2020 . I got the registration done for same for Rs 300/- and was informed that HPE blocks will be handed over to me within 4-5 working days. When I Inquired about same but No one is responding and saying they are unable to track the request. I had already booked appointment for 28th Dec with Govt hospital to get the blocks reviewed but LAL path is acting like a kid that they dont find anything pertaining to my request .
Kindly help me out with issuing of HPE blocks with NO undue delay so that patient dont get suffered just because of lal path labs casual approach.
Looking for cooperation & early resloution of my issue.

It is to inform you that I had given two samples for THYROID PROFILE TEST at Lal path on 29th oct and 30th oct 2023. However there is gross difference in the values in both the reports. On reporting the issue, there is was no compliance from your part. I just received a call stating that the values are same on re checking. When i requested for the new report, i was refused.
I am a doctor myself and I am pregnant.. this is medical negligence on your part since both the reports state different diagnosis and needs completely diff treatment. This is highly unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour as it involves two lives. I want immediate action from lalpath with proper resolution to my issue otherwise it will be dealt legally.
