Why I keep received a message that I have still a balance which is I paid it in just 3 months.
And then I have 3 last outstanding balance for loan 3605936466. Please review your record, because I paid in exact date.
Way back July 2016, I've talked to a customer service and the supervisor and asking for the calculation in just 3 months, it was given with the interest.
And why would I paid this amount when I certainly paid it.

Dear Management ,
Iam your customer ,taken mobile in EMI per month 1784/- i already lost my mobile but paid till last month and 2 installments was pending. My due date is 14th every month. So many times i told to customer care when calling for reminder of payment ,please dont call me again and again before my due date bcz iam always at office. But everytime they are irritating continuously. Atleast have a minimum common sense to call 6 times today ? If again i got call before my due date , i never pay amount and lodge complaint in consumer court against your company.
In my life i think this is the worst service ever in india , If your management planning will be not changed defenetly you lost all your customers.
