नमस्कार Car24,
हमारी डस्टर कार की Verification date 18.07.2018 दुपहर 02.00 था मि.शोहेबने Verification किया फिर 30 मि. के बाद उन्होंने कार की किमत ₹647000/- बताया, हमने कहाॅ सोच कर बताते है दुसरे दिन 19.07.2018 को फिर हमने मि.शोहेबसे बात की किमत बढ सकती है तो उन्होंने कहाॅ सिनियरसे बात करके कल बताते है.
तिसरे दिन 20.07.2018 को मि.दयानंद का काॅल आया उन्होंने कहाॅ हमारा जो सर्विस जार्ज ₹6000/- नहिं लिया जायेगा तो हमने उनको कहाॅ अगर ₹675000/-है तो हम कार देते है उन्होंने कहाॅ Request ढाल देता हुं फिर एक घंटे बाद उनका काॅल आया कार की फायनल किमत ₹667000/- तय कि गयी है अगर आपको मंजुर है तो टोकन ₹1000/- जमा करते है!
हमने कबुल किया और गाडी की Delivery date 23.07.2018 तय होगयी साथ मे हमारे मित्र की इनोव्हा भी Verification के थी...
हम वाशी शाखा मे सुबह 11.00 बजे पहुंच गये मि.दयानंद ने चाबी, पॅन, आधार और हमारा फोटो लिया और कहाॅ आप बैठिये हम पॅमेट ट्रान्सफर करते है ग्यारह बजे से दुपहर 12.30 तक इंतजार करने के बाद मि.दयानंदसे सवाल किया और कितना समय लगेगा?
उन्होंने कहाॅ छोटीसी Query है लेकिन आप टेन्शन ना ले हो जायेगा...
फिर हम दुपहर 02.30 मि.दयानंद को पुछा तो उन्होंने हमें कॅबिन मे बुलाकर कहाॅ 18.07.2018 को मि. शोहेबने जो Verifacation किया उसमे उन्होंने किलोमिटर गलत दिखाया जो 28 हजार से जादा था लेकिन उन्होंने 7100 लाॅगीन किया और अभी हमारे सिनियर से बात नहिं हो रही है आप घर जाईये शाम तक क्लिअर हो जायेगा जैसे क्लिअर होता है हम आपको काॅल करते है अभी आपको आने की जरूरत नहिं हम आपके घर से कार ले लेंगे...
हमने कहाॅ Car delivery date 23.07.2018 तय हो चुकी है और हम आपके वादे मुताबिक कार देने आये तो फिर कल क्युं?
हम आपना पुरा दिन यहाॅ खराब किया बदलापुरसे वाशी 40kmtr वाशी आये डिल फायनल होने के बाद आप टाल रहे हो ...?
अभी Verification Mr.शोहेबने किया तब हमने इंडिकेटर Hide नहिं किया था ना Mr.शोहेबने आखोपर पट्टी बांधी थी इसमे हमारी क्या गलती ?
Verification date 20.07.2018 से 20.07.2018 तक आप के पास समय था तो आपने डिल फायनल क्यु की?
हमे बदलापुरसे वाशी बुलाकर लज्जित किया साथ मे हमारा समय बर्बाद किया यह हक किसने दिया आपको ...?
आपके आदमी गलती थी तो उसे सजा देते हमे क्यु?
टोकन लेकर अगर हम डिल Cancel करते तो?
इटरनेशनल स्तर पर काम करते हो तो क्या इस तरह व्यवहार करते हो?

फिर 23.07.2018 के बाद भी हमे SMS आते है 27.07.2018 पहले कार डिलिव्हरी दे नहिं तो डिल Cancel हो जायेगी

My name is Irfan is my car number DL8CS5054. I had my car on 5 / May / 2017 before the car was sold. I was invoiced 2 days ago and my car R C was deposited in court. I was able to sell my car in May 140000 The person who gave me the token money was given 1 day in advance. Next day I got my car. May 24 May. The Patel Nagar branch, which is no longer in the branch, is closed to you. While doing a car, I made this commitment to me Give us 3000 rupees. You will get rid of your invoice and I give them 3000, that means that I had 1000 tokens before and after that I had to give 139 000. I gave 3000rs minus of this and put my account May 136000 Given. And after that my car has not been transmitted yet nor has it been filled. I have got 2 3 notices, and 3 notices have been issued for arrest warrant. Now what can I do in this car 24 has not done right with me, May Today, I am clearing my invoices. You have requested that if you do not get my chopped Amount 3000 back in my account, then I will take legal action against it, I have all the proofs.

I visited Cars24, Vasant Kunj Office taking leave from my office. As I fix appointment with them.I reached Cars24 office by 10:30 AM. But the Concern person Mr. Ritesh was on available in office to attend. After 30 min. another employee Ms. Nisha attend me and brief. And suggest to check the car from their Yard. She make a group of 5 people and provide a car with one take care employee of car24. the yard is in very remote area, where no nothing is available for your help, if you lost. As we reached the yard, there no body is available to attend your concern except two car take care person. Only they receive information for car check. He only showed car as per his convenience. So he will took minimum 30- 50 min. for your concern either no Rush is there.
When I was visited, Yard was full of water and Mud. And He asked me to check the car by walk in water and mud. After denied and several request , he took one car and reaches the car's destination place, there was also full of water and mud, so no possibility to check the car at that point and car take care person asked me check the car. Finally, without checking the car, I was trying to return from the yard, I found that the car driver is moved from the yard and left me in the yard. I was stuck there. and nobody was entertaining to help me to reach cars24's office back.
After one hour, I got help from one car person, who drop me somewhere near to Cars24 office, from there I asked lift by a bike person, then I reached Cars24 office around 2:30 PM. And that time I did not carry my wallet as it was in my car. So without money, I feel more helpless.
From 11:00 Am to 2:30 PM, Ms Nisha who attend me, dont have any concern that do I check the car or not ? when I will reach office after Checking the car etc. They were just enjoying in the office when I reached office. I was totally fed up by seeing this.
They ruined my day and make me uncomfortable situation. I was in trouble just because of cars 24.
I suggest, If somebody wish to buy the car from cars 24, use only his vehicle. So that you will not suffer like me. because Yard is not connected to main city. It is in side of farm house area, where you will not find any help.
Cars24 dont have trained setup or staff to attend the customer query and their concern.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i posted a add for selling my car Bezza ZDI 2016 model 33000km single hand driven car and representative from your company approached me and forced me to visit your outlet at Dwarka Sector-20 on 20th April-19.
My Experience:
Everyone was so busy in their own sweet work that customer looks have no value.
They talk interact with customer as if they are doing some charity to him by simply making him stand and do the entire conversation.
Inexperienced non professional staff for valuation of cars.
I would like to inform you that you have non technical unprofessional and totally inexperienced staff for valuation of cars and cars 24 claiming for best value you people are devaluation the customers cars value because of your staff who doesn't know what is accessories what is roof wrap etc.
Your Evaluates has put a remark for my car on your auction site to brokers as roof painted and where there were crome fitted which has been removed and double tape was there put as fog light broken and quoted me a price of 655000/ and 5000/ to be deducted as service charges where as after that your broker only called and offered me a much much higher price. I think either there is some understanding between your office staff elevators and your brokers that they offer less price through cars 24 by putting all these foolish remarks and than your broker calls and give a higher value on the same car where as if i put it on your online valuation it says:

I would request Cars 24 to immediately remove all the documents for my car as well as remove all the pictures of my car as well as your foolish remarks from your website and all related places where ever you have forwarded or shared and give a confirmation mail to me for the same or else i will be forced to take up the matter to necessary forums, social media, google.
You are requested to please give the explanation and update for removing my cars details and documentation from all your web site auction portals and brokers or else than i will be forced to take further action on the same.

Inspection of the car took place near about 1 week ago ie on 4/7/22 and then next day they gave evaluation price of my car that was 54000...i simply denied and gave my counter offer of more than 1 lakh rupees. Again Mr Ashish[Member of Cars 24 ]called us gave offer of Rs95000 but we remain stuck to our words "more than 1lac " After 4 days I inquired in Cars 24 again to get to know the best price of our car this time Mr. Ashish replied 63000...I Just want to ask is it joke or what? Before speaking Mr. Ashish should think...Evaluation began from 54000 then all of the sudden it raise to 95000 and then sudden down to 63000 rupees...please think for the same matter this type of customer service was not expected from Cars 24
