Good Afternoon Cars24 Team, Kindly be informed that I'm going to relocate from Pune to Indirapuram Ghaziabad. My last day in Pune is 6.10.2023 . I'm supposed to drive my car by road on 7th October 2023 morning . In case the problem in my car, which you picked up on 24.9.2023 for repair, is a manufacturing defect, kindly ensure that the same is rectified without any cost to me and returned back to me along with the guarantee/warranty of works done . In case this is not possible from your side within the stipulated time mentioned above, I request you to kindly refund my money back and discontinue my finance with Bajaj Finance, without wasting your time and my time. I will appreciate this .
Request you to proactively share your future course of action along with timelines , after confirming the part availability with the OEM .
Kindly escalate this to the topmost authority for a proper resolution to my problem .

I have purchased the car from cars24 in the month of july.and after that i noticed that they have sell me at high prices.so after 3 month a start advertising my car add to cars 24 to check my resell value,after that one of the member of cars 24 said me that you will get 160000rs.other person said me you will get this amount.and they manuplating me from last 3 months and no resolution is been offered to me and there is one person sajid you promised me that you will get 135000 rupes and deal will closed on past sunday but there is no responce from his end also and not even picking the call.due to which i am in depression as there is huge loss of amount of mine and if somethinh happened to me cars 24 will be responsible for everything and there staff to whom i have communicateed.i will sucide
Car sold to car24 not transferred yet despite lapse of ten months by S Chahal:

Sold my car no. DL3CBS5206 in March 2023 to car24. But despite several requests, car still registered in my name, though I was assured that it will be transferred from my name with in 90 days. All requests falling on deaf ears.
