Hello hi i am neeraj from manesar gurugram (hr.) I purchased car security system on 04-july-2017 in dealer-(shree hari) in madan puri gurugram . Its osom center locking when starting put on my car but last week car locking not working when applying breaks and engine start and also with remote ...
I call to customer care on 25- August-2017 this number (01141444688) and he provide other number ( 01145019372 ) than i call this number and she pick my phone and she say i am not provide service in manesar gurugram ??? .and cut the phone...this location in delhi ncr ...
Again i call but again she say i can't help.. but i say please do eraser my complaint and cut the phone why ????.... I don't have reserve my complaint number i don't know my complaint is eraser or not .... This is your service and this is your staff behaver...When not provide service in delhi ncr so u not provide service in village side its your service.
Blackcat security system is good company and established in 1993 but i don't know its same provide service just like this how to growth this company....
Blackcat its a respected company but how i face this type problem for service ... I purchased last 1 month and also i face problem on my car security system how its your security system product quality ......????
When my car theft or any theft in my car valuable items than i blame your company and erase legle case in company & service and also service employee .........
Please i request you solive this problem in center locking and provide service ....

Hello, I bought a black cat gear locking system yesterday. Had messaged sales head Mr Sachin at 9 am today for installation,he said customer service will call me however after calling my Sachin again at 11 am I got a call from CS. The lady there tells me that she will whatsapp me a beer where I should send her the plates picture. I don't get any msg and after calling back again at 1315 hours I talk to shubham. He tells me to send pic and then he says we have to arrange for the plate as it is not available with us now. And he will only send someone tomorrow. I have my job to look after tomorrow. That's the reason I got in touch with sales head today early morning.
I believe I should be getting service from the company and not that I m calling and giving CS people reminder to get my work done.
It is requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange for the installation today.

He need commission per wan and i can't pay to Mr.yogesh Kumar and tarun and he say I have not clear your pending bill I need support from your side otherwise I have going on legal action against blackcat.
