Distributor not delivering gasscylinder at my home by Khairul Anam:

M/s best flame distributor did not give home delivery my cylinder since last year .as a result I have to pay extra carring cost per cylinder RS 40to 50.,but now he demanded RS 80.which is to much.several times I requested to distributor to home delivery my cylinder but they told that they have not delivery boy.
