    Hello,

    I'm Tejas from pune. So i bought a blazer from zara outlet located in the Phoenix mall, viman nagar, pune 411014 on 3rd of March 2017 for Rs.3,900. I had to gift it to my younger brother who had come for a visit. now since its a gift im bound to remove the tag( which was only a simple Ribbon knot) & so I did and gave it to him. He wore and the next day he returned to me as it was too big for him. I hit the store Right away along with the tag for an exchange to which there was no size available. Now before buying I had already made it clear to them that if in case there are issues ill come back for the exchange. Your executive was very much polite to tell me that i can even get the Refund back. So since there was no size available I asked them for the refund. Now seeing the tag removed ( again which was only a ribbon knot) they told me they cant refund nor can exchange. Now Zara being such a big brand, this was the last thing I could expect. Thoroughly disappointed. They asked me to contact you people and Trust me I must've called you several times but to no avail. Now Before I go social to any extent, which I will if not reimbursed, kindly Refund my total amount. Escalate it to the highest authority and revert back asap. Also, I was busy with my job and hence writing you tad bit late, but you have a 30 day return policy so I hope you comply to the same. The blazer is as new as it was since there's no one to wear it.

    I had purschsed fomal trousers from Zara, Orion, Bnaglaore, Karnataka Yesterday(22-09-2017). I washed it with plain water. Neither hot, nor cold. Just plain water. No detergents. And after drying there are white marks all over the pant. The pant costed 2490. Invoice Number: 9217-01-S220464.Store Number: 9217. What is the course of action going ahead. I do not expect such low quality products from a company which takes pride in being called a FASHION HOUSE AROUND THE WORLD.

    Today I purchased 3 bags and 2 tops from Zara at Palladium Mall,Mumbai. I took 2 bags of 1890 each and another for 1690.I was charged incorrectly 2890 for the 1690 bag. I am extremely surprised as to how such a mistake was made at your billing counter. I do not stay in Mumbai and travelled from Lokhandwala(place where I am staying) to Palladium for shopping. Now to resolve the matter I have to spent another Rs 1000 of cab fare, for no fault of mine and also face unnecessary harassment and waste my time when I have come to Mumbai for a holiday.     Hi,

    I have purchased Zara L size jeggings from Malad Infinity Store and the quality is extremely poor.

    Everywhere i see the cloth is rough, stitches have become loose and the stitch over belt has come out.

    Me being regular Zara customer is extremely disappointed to see the condition of cloth and need youto tale strict action over it.

    I am always travelling overseas and would not be able to wait for long hence would appreciate timely revert.
