    I am from Rohtak Haryana, I have Airtel didgutel HD connection since 3.5 years but every month we have to call Operator for make it repair. On his every visit we have to pay. Now I am frustrated why Airtel has lost their single in every month. Still I am suffering from se problem. I have HD pack but still I am not able to watch HD channels and some SD also.

    Request you to send someone immediately to fix it up permanently, and I will not pay for this time. I am ready to change connection.

    उपरोक्त के संबंध में लेख है कि मेरे मोबाईल पर आपके कस्टमर केयर से कॉल आया था जिसमे सेट टॉप बॉक्स को अपडेट करने का अनुरोध किया गया था जिस पर मेरे द्वारा सहमति दी गयी थी एव मुझे उसी दिन शाम 6 बजे का समय दिया गया था ओर 350 रुपये भुगतान करने के लिए कहा गया था ।
    लेकिन आज दिनांक तक मेरे यहां कोई भी बंदा आपके यहाँ से नही आया है और जो मोबाइल नंबर मुझे दिया गया था उस पर कॉल करने पर मुझे से कहा गया कि आपके पास 650 रुपये हो तो ही लगेगा नही तो जिसने आपसे कम पैसे में लगाने का बोला हो उनसे लग-वालो एवं मेरा अपमान किया गया और आप के 12150 पर जब भी काल करता हूँ तो एक ही जबाब मिलता है 24 घंटे रुक जाईये हम कुछ करते है ।
    अतः आप से अनुरोध है इस संबंध में मेरी सहायता करें ओर साथ ही यह भी बताएं कि आपकी कंपनी में ग्राहकों को की सुनने बाला है या नही ।

    On 29th I had given complain regarding my Airtel Dish Tv not Working at Customer care , from there i was told my problem will be solved in late by 29th Oct 2018,
    On 30th Oct i had called on Nallasopara Airtel Service DSA No 9665061605 at 5pm ( This number was sent to me by customer care with my complain no and customer id in it, there some lady had picked up my call and the way she responded to my query i was shocked, Is this the service u provide to ur customer care , i did not liked the way she was speaking as if she doesnt care too hear or solve the issue of a customer ,

    Then called up ur customer care number where i had spoken to TL named Bipin, who told me my complain was closed as saying i had hired private engineer, then he gave me other complain number and promised by 31st Oct by 1pm my problem will be solved,it came to me shocking that ur center which u provide to give us the service is just closing the case before visiting the proper place and without solving the case .

    I am very grateful and very dis satisfied with the airtel services, hope u people will come to know when jio will get his dth and when ur customer will start moving becoz of ur pathetic service that time u will come begging for customer,.

    I have had complained on 4th November, however yet pending to resolve.

    Nobody has courtesy to bother their customer, one guy has came on the same day and he has not the drill machine and went from the place as told that some other guy will come to fix it.

    But, all are in vain.

    I had raised complain for reinstallation of d2h. But with promise to come today at 5 pmto 6 pm but they didn't come and not a single call receive from his end. But I received message of 3 different engineer with different Contact number but none of them bother to call. I have call to every 3 number all of them received and told me that I will come at 6 pm. But no one come.i am not happy with such irresponsible response. So I had decided not to install them and not to use airtel service of d2h.

    Dear Sir

    I am using your DTH service since last 10 year. I had always recharged by annual package 10M +2M after received the call by your concern dept before due date.
    I called your customer care 5 times with in last 3 days to arrange a call back by you sales team to know about annual package recharge offer on my ID but they haven't called me after given assurance that, your executive would be called me within 24 hrs.
    Let me know, how shall I recharge before 11 Dec18 and why your executive shows such type of negligence?
