I had recharged my dish TV for Rs 200 2 times on 27th Oct from net banking (SBI)And my second recharged of 200 dish TV they msg me that was a repeat transaction so that my money is back in my account but the fist one it didn't get recharge but from my account it deducted..And recharge also not done....
