    Dear Sir,
    This is with reference to your customer representative conversation with me on 1st of August'2019. I had asked for Tamil Channels and your rep, had informed that there was a pack for 12 months with Rs.2461/- Also asked me to recharge with the same amount.

    As per the rep’s instruction, i had done Recharge on 1st Aug'19 for Rs.2461/- and called customer care to activate the plan. (For your kind information and reference, You can check the voice recording for the above number on 1st Aug’19)

    Now, To my shock your new rep. informed that there was no plan like that and it cannot be activated. Then I asked if there was no plan like that and how come that rep informed about the plan and the charges. Are you playing with Consumers? Also they had asked to change the plan for 6 months for that amount. When i had recharged for 12 months (2461) and u are asking to go for a plan of six months with that amount. If you are the customer and i am the rep, whether will you accept as it is ?

    I had asked to transfer the call to their Senior and when I asked for refund of the amount, the Senior informed that he will activate the plan and informed me not to call and he will call after activating the plan. . Its almost 3 days, none of the responsible person in Airtel DTH had called and informed about the status.
    When I called yesterday to know the status, your rep informed that plan is not activated till now and I had asked for refund of the amount, if plan not activated. I had done Recharge through one of your Airtel Franchise and not at small bunk shops.
    Hence I kindly request you to look into this matter and go for the following smoother options
    1, Tamil plan has to be activated (as per the rep’s instruction)
    (or)
    2. Refund of Amount (Done by me at your Airtel Franchise)

    Either of the above to be done, if not , you are forcing the customer to go for Consumer Court/
    Forum under deficiency in your service and doing unfair trade practice.

    Service was activated on 4/4/2019 and is closed in just four months.
    Please ensure for one year as I replaced Airtel from Tata sky.

I have made first complaint of no signal on approximate 16/07/2019.Engineering came and visited and said to change set up box. After 1 weak other person came and change the set up box and taken even extra money for recharge not yet return back. Recharge money also get baste because I m not able to see TV because after that NSD loader software downloading message it is taking nearly more than 1/2 hours to restart TV. After several calls made to customer care they say your problem will resolved with in 24 hours …after many calls also yet engineer not visited .even some time engineers say I will visit today but they do not come. So I request u to back my money and take yourr set up box I will go for some other companies dish tv because I find out your Airtel service is very bad. Even from last one month I am not able to watch TV.
