    Harassment by airtel digital tv staff by not disconnecing of tv connection by MANJIT KAUR MAVI:

    Sir, I am a senior citizen. I made a request to disconnect by one connection out of three 10 days back. But my request has been turned down by the staff of the airtel digital tv staff. Again I made a request 3 days back but nothing has been solved till today. I made 4 calls on customer care No.0172-4448080 4 times to disconnect my 003 ID today but the behaviour of the call receiver was very uncomfortable to me. I received 3 message on my mobile No.9878411618 giving my complaint ref. No.89083770,89132242 asking me to call at No.0172-4448080 which I did. But nothing done. Another message was also sent on my mobile as informing that a call was made on my mobile but I did not picked up the phone which is totally false. I made 20 calls on that Mobile No.8146612555 but my request is not properly handed and nobody bothered rather harassed me on my phone by not responding to disconnect my tv connected already requested.
    Lastly I request to disconnect my one connection out of three ID No.3005780934-003 immediately as my recharge amount is going waste due to the negligence of the airtel digital tv staff.

    My self Arun Kumar Singh,

    I am writing this mail about your behaviour and pathetic service providing by your team to customers,

    Approx last 15 days I have received a call from Airtel DTH team for my monthly package that your TV is closed or not running last 15 days so Airtel offered you best monthly package Rs/-252 against Rs/-260 with same channels and insisted about that by your executive then we convinced and recharged Rs/-252 but still my package not changed by Airtel and four time call to Airtel team and launched complaints as well but my problem not resolve

    Today 16-05-19 again call to Airtel team and my call transfer by advisor to supervisor Ritu and same excuse given by her that your complaint is under process and unable to check your complaint now because our system not working so just I will want asking Airtel DTH team what's process of package changing and why want 15 days for that,

    So please reimburse my amount due to I can't tollret more to Airtel DTH team.

    Airtel cheating to customers and this is my experience, I am Very old and regular customer but now I am Very very disappointed.

    So my humble request to you and your family please release me and reimburse my amount

    Yesterday i had taken one new connection from airtel with 1750 plan and the executive from airtel told me i'll get one month free all channels. but when i switch on my tv i found so many channels are missing live zee package and sport channels. when i called airtel costumer care one executive told me about some wrong package activated. and he told me i ll get call from airtel but till now i haven't received any call. I had paid morethan 1800 for that. i want solution other wise ill raise the concern with TRAI.

    I was a regular subscriber of Tata Sky since the day DTH services came to our town and I took it because of the BRAND TATA associated with it. Recently in the month of May, 2019 I left their association and made friends with another so called BRAND – AIRTEL.

    First 6-7 days were fine. I was enjoying the package and the connection. But after that signal problem started in few of the channels. I called on the local dealer who had installed the connection and he sent the technicians who told me that to fix the problem you need to pay some extra money for some equipment and their service charges to which I denied. Thereafter on discussion with the Manager at our Town they did not take anything from me.

    Now again since the last 10 days or so there is no signal on my TV and I am not able to view any channel. I called upon the local dealer who gave me assurances but did not send anyone. Then on 27th June, I talked to the Call centre and lodged my complaint. This time fortunately I got a call from the technician(s) twice but they did not turn up for reasons best known to them. I again called on 29th June, 2019 and again I was given an assurance that someone would definitely call me within a short time. But no call came till 01st July, 2019 morning. Then when I called the call centre again they have given me the deadline of 05th July, 2019. It may be worthwhile to note that there was no such deadline till 29th 2019.

    Now if a petty problem like this would take 6-7 days for the Company to sort out then they are bound to refund my recharge amount which is being deducted on a daily basis.
    When I talk to the call centre assistants they plead their limited authority and do not allow me to get in contact with the concerned department. Even their seniors do not have the teeth. They also express their inability. It is clear that the Company is very short of technical manpower or perhaps this project is unviable for them. I have spent hours on TOLLFREE numbers but still I am yet to get any sort of concrete reply regarding the issue. The number might be TOLLFREE but my time is not free of cost. The Company is least bothered about the time of its customers. However the Company is very prompt while collecting money at the time of installation and recharge.

    Dear Sir ,

    Very sorry to disturb you again.

    This is regarding my DTH connection ,

    I have requested for transfer my connection from Ghaziabad to Gurugram on 27 th March 2019

    Connection was D-Installed by your team only .

    And for the reinstallation no body turned up for 8 days , I have called to Coustmercare but as per them I have not picked the call which is a false statement.

    Then I have requested to disconnect my connection because of worst services .

    From last 10 days I am getting call from your executive stating that “ why you have not recharged your connection from last 70 days , I told that executive that I m not In the Gurugram from last 2 months and I have already requested from disconnection because of very poor service .

    Executive confirmed me that my connection is on active mode and suggest me for recharge.

    I called on Coustmercare 5 days back and asked them that how my balance is in negative because I have not used any service, he checked and said he will put up the mail for the waver of Rs 507 and then he will take my request for reinstallation and it will take 2 Woking days .

    After 2 days I have again called to check the status of waiver but your executive said that they have marked waver mail on wrong ID and now they have to mark the mail again on correct email address .

    Today again I have called to put the request of reinstallation and check the status of my waver ,
    But the status is in pending.

    Kindly suggest should I wait for the waver or will buy the new connection of other company .


    PS:Sir please brief your team members to work in fast manner they are very very slow .
