    Airtel DTH is the worst service provider. As mandated by TRAI, I selected a package as shown on teh TV screen BUT after 5 days, most of teh TV channels are blocked. I have spent hours in contacting customer cate through toll free numbers but of no use. Why airtel is not prepared to handle increased number of callers after TRAI mandated change ? It is worst kind of organization. I would appreciate if AIRTEL callla me backk on this issue on 9821028581. I am now sick and tired. I will also complaint to TRAI.

    My AIRTEL DTH Consumer ID is 3016136844 and for several months I used to deposit Rs.450/- per month and uninterruptedly enjoyed your esteemed service.Recently I was asked to deposit Rs.225/- before expiry date of 5th Feb 2019 while through internet facility I chose your package of Rs.360/- per month.Kindly let me know if I can pay balance Rs.60/- immediately within a day or two to any of your franchisee or local AIRTEL counter at BUNGALOW AREA at Barasat so that my service do not get disturbed in any way as I've been senior citizen suffering from various ailments and can't move out as and when I intend to.

    Hi,

    From last more then 7 days I am unable to get any channels activated for my account 3008343575 even after recharging for Rs.250.I have tried all best possible ways to select the desired channels directly from TV by accessing Airtel Channel No 998,by sending the QR Code msg to the required numbers also by selecting the pack on www.aitel.in/digital-tv.For each attempt I hv received the confirmation msg stating that your change request is successful too but still non of the selected channels been activated and instead they keep on deducting the amount from my account balance by activating other channels which were not selected by me.After going thru the painful process to call customer care to know if I am doing any mistake in selecting the pack,they simply reply that we have no idea and if you hv received the message then your plan will get activate shortly or 48hrs etc etc but result is same still selected channels not activated.I demand for the refund of the deducted amount and compensation of the mental agony for the past 7 days I suffered due to your poor process of implementation of new regulation.
