    For three month I recharge 291as per your advise but every month seen only 15 days after calling customer tell me your package is 511.last month he Tel more channel stopped and recharge with 291+16+22=328.     Airtel digital tv engineer did installation for my TV two days back. I am not able to view many channels(4 days over) and also he kept cable on floor instead of clipping it to wall. Inspite of several calls and reminders, my issues have not been resolved. Kindly do the needful at the earliest

    Airtel is cheating customers in all possible ways to compete with JIO, but at least JIO is playing fair game and they are 100 time better than airtel any day. I am changing all my services to JIO. For my Airtel DTH services I have noticed that every year when you recharge online they will never show you your existing package and will you different options and when you recharge and start watching again you will find that most of the channels are missing and when you call back the customer service they will say you will need additional package by paying additional amount. After noticing this i enquired it with all my friends its the same with everyone and you end up paying double the amount JIO is charging for the same services. Big cheats they are. They are just robbing people and the worst customer service.

    Airtel DTH customer care service is useless I had called many times to repair or change my set top box but they are doing nothing every time they
    have given me 24 hours time to resolve the issue but from the date of 17 july 2018 they are doing nothing, per day I am calling regarding my problem to airtel customer care but my request is still pending.
