    I purchased four packets of snacks viz Lachha, Bhujiya, Golden Mixture n Boondi from Save More Retail D-52 Mohan Park Gali No. 5 Naveen Shadara, Delhi -32 on 25.12.2023 against Cash Memo No. 23/110015 dated 25.12.23. When I opened the packet of Golden Mixture n served it along with other snacks to my relatives, they told me that the taste of Golden mixture is not good. When I saw the packet, the date of Manufacturing n expiry was not mentioned on the packet. When I contact the Save More, the sales man advised me to lodge a complaint to Haldiram Customer care. More over the salesman at Save More Retail don't want to listen to me. Pl. Therefore look into the matter n and advise me .

    Hello,
    I went to your Janpath location this Morning and ordered Vada Pav and Chai and I was shocked to get cold Vada Pav and The Chai was like sugar syrup.When I complained the staff acted like it was My fault.I asked if they could give a fresh piece as a whole tray just came from Kitchen but the guy very rudely put it the oven and this time he just made a toast of the Pav.I am really Disappointed and the funny thing was I was the only customer as it was early Morning but still got poor Service.

    Yesterday I bought Hara Bhara Kabab from Zepto and we were very excited to enjoy these kebabs because of its delicious taste.
    But all our mood get spoiled when we saw hair ( 1 long hair) in kebab.
    This is not expected from such a big company especially in food industry.
    We are bound to throw all kebabs of that packet.
    Kindly take my complaint seriously and look into it.

    Today's experience with Inorbit Haldiram snacks was highly disappointing. We ordered samosas, which arrived as cold as a freezer. Despite complaining, the staff refused to provide a replacement or kachori. The samosa was in terrible condition and deemed inedible. Urgent attention is needed, as such lapses in food quality can jeopardize people's health.

    I paid almost 140 rupees for a plate of rajma rice and i received quantity which is not sufficient for a 4 years child according to me.
    It haldiram is charging sufficient amount then why dont provide worth for money.
    The container is half empty, if you give very small quantity then why you use double capacity container?
    When i told the staff member that this is very less quantity then he replied that this is the decided quantity by haldiram.

    I have been following up on the complaint regarding broken biscuits in the fruit pack I bought 2 weeks ago! I have already written an email and also called customer care! They said they would resolve in few days time but I haven’t received any acknowledgment so far!
    The customer care department seems to be very negligent and not concerned about the issue and loss caused to me!
    I have lost all trust that I had in the company and its reputation is at stake!

    This is to raise my issue with the concerned team within Haldiram New Delhi Stn. outlet for a transaction which I made on 20th Feb 2024 @ 8:54 PM IST amounting to INR 409.99 through PayTM (UPI) - screenshot attached. The payment didn't go through at the time of billing due to some technical or network issue and was stuck at that point. I paid cash in full at the billing counter as an alternative thinking the payment was failed, however I realised later the paytm transaction was successfully completed and the amount was debited from my bank account. I have raised this over the mail 5 days ago with no response yet

    Request to vet the details at your side and process the refund at the earliest. Thank You!

    I had purchased Chana Dry Fruit Barfi from Haldiram, Global Foyer Mall, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon on 3rd March 2024, in evening.
    My family has just opened the box of Chana Barfi for distributing among children and found that box was already opened and some of the pieces are also missing and some of the pieces are looking like opened.
    Very sorry to say but this kind of nonsense is not expected from Haldiram.
    I have pics of the box n the original bill pic as well.invoice no 417/2324/181757.
    Bring a top players in sweets in India, you are doing fraud with your customer by giving them unpacked box n by stealing pieces from the box.
    My family had opened thr box and can't hold the distribution of pieces in children but this kind of fraud not expected from Haldiram.

    i was visiting Delhi (from Gujarat Ahmedabad)and because Haldiram DAL BIJI is very famous i took 2 packs of 400gram and paid the money .
    since we were 4 ladies and got several items , my 2 packs were left behind in your store which is near Green park main delhi contact number of the store is 8376846772 and 01145128200. i called the Mr vinet yadav the manger to send me the parcel via courier and i am ready to bear the courier charges . but no response from his end and nobody is now answer the call . i heard very good things for the Haldi ram i would request to contact me on my 91 9824088291 my Name is - Dimpy Shah and i am from Gujarat . hope someone will call me or reply to my request . since i already paid and issued my receipt on 05 MAR 2024 at 22.39 PM min i was at your store near Main green park branch store

    I have visited Haldiram in Sarojini nagar
    There my wife done ordered and swipe my credit card and I got msg from my bank that it’s debited 442.71 but store told us we didn’t get it so I also pay from upi 442.71
    And they told us that it happens u will get refund while u are having ur dinner but we didn’t get so we talk to them they told us that if not refunded don’t worry u will be refunded by morning but it’s still we don’t get refunded store manager number is 9873319936 so waiting for my refund
