I take a chatpati battin for gifting in that exp year first it was cover then it was again written year 2024 then I open the box and Bhujbal is exp next week buy chance if someone gifted me I will obviously not open it this is not write I have bill and 4 boxes and in that I have already gifted one

On Saturday 4th of November 2023 I have purchased a sweet of haldiram company from lots wholesale solutions Akshardham. Sweet name is assorted halwa when we opened the box, there were number of small packets of each flavour when we took the one of mango flavour there was a black colour hair in the middle of the sweet. I was so shocked about seeing the this type of thing in haldiram sweets so please submit my this report and compensate my loss. As a proof I have a photograph of the sweet and I have that sweet also.

On 08th Nov 23, while returning to Kolkata from Jamsedhpur by road, we stopped for lunch at about 1330 hrs at Express Food Plaza. I went into the Haldiram outlet at the same site and ordered Dahi Vada and Mini Thali. Inspire of repeatedly telling the young bespectacled man that I dislike chillies so, the food that is being prepared should not hurt my palate. Despite my repeatedly informing the young man, I was served Mini Thali which had chillies in daal (lentil) as also the potato curry... My palate was on "fire". I was most unhappy that after the first intake of rice and Daal, I left the "Thali" uneaten. I accosted the young man and asked for the reason for hearing what I spoke about chillies. He just stood there without a word.. I left the place after paying for uneaten food. I was most distressed and I left the outlet disgusted/ disheartened.... Regards... Commodore Surojit Neogi (Retd)

They told me first that the tea will take 5 min because i have already told them i need my tea in 5 min i have cab to go but after that they took 15 min. So in the last i left the outlet without having my tea.
Very bad experience. The store of Haldiram is at Delhi airport in metro station ground floor.

The thaali we got for 400 bucks was not worth it. There was no rice, the portions of food is very small, even 1 person cannot eat.
The money spent was not worth it.
We also got a tandoori platter which didn't have much quantity. Total 6 pieces of food.
Really very dissapointed with the quality

Today on 08.12.2024 I went to Haldiram Lajpath Branch at about 12.30 p.m and asked for one plate Vada samber. The counter staff said that the same is not available and also misbehaved me. You are requested to take necessary action in this regard.

Visited Haldiram at vegas mall staff persons are so rude and unprofessional I complaint the front staff that chef is making my food with tobacco in his mouth but he said aap complaint kar do like he is saying go head we don’t care for all this bullshit. Really feel bad visiting here

went to take food in dwarka sector 21 outlet in pacific mall .he contracted with outsourced agency for food delivered and at table ( food court).for that he is charging 31 rs . not ready to give take your own. inly option to opt chargeable service. manager word was....ji krna ho kr lo..abt complaint.
this is not expected from Haldiram brand.....i did not took food and opted another outlet og different company.....

I have ordered it as take away. When I opened it after my check in, I found that the kachori was not there in take away..

Mere shop par distributor mal nhi de rha hai jab phone kru to phone nhi receive krta na reply deta hai maine 5 din se order diya hai but o koi response nhi de rha hai aur bhi shop hai jha par ye ldai kar chuka hai jabki iska balance mere pass 0 hai aur koi salesman visit nhi krta hai shop par aur ye har bar aise karta hai bolta hai kar de complaint dekhta hu company wale kya krte hai aise word me ye bat krta hai market me salimar bhag new delhi ke liye koi aur distributor do ye kam nhi krne wala hai

On 20/DEC/2023 I visited Haldiram (gurgram cybercity) we ordered a Dosa and paid via upi and later we cancelled the ordered. Our order was cancelled but refund was not calimed we politely requested for our refund and they said that as par policies it will take upto 24hrss to get the refund they gave uss the slip… after 20/12/23 We have been calling HALDIRAM (cybecity gurgram) on daily baises but no one picks u our call again we visited HALDIRAM (cybercity gurgram) and asked for refund but they said that HR is not available and refund will b back after 6-7 days. Pls help mee getting my refund back.
