    Dear Marketing manager,
    We have been a regular foody at Haldiram at different locations like Lajpat Nagar, Mohan cooperative  Mathura road since their inception  and at so many other airports even at Changi, Singapore BUT HAS NOT COME ACCROSS much below standard outlet very near to my house. It is at New Friends Colony community centre, New Delhi.
    We find better to have at Nathus than at Haldiram.
    Been 3/4 times and everytime had BAD experience. Taste of RAJ KACHORI, our most favourite item, was bad and on pointing it out nothing was done. so are the other items. 
    People here are not smile giving type. 
    Something seriously missing here in this outlet.
    We have stopped going there and have asked our friends also to avoid, if possible.

    Today at 09:50pm, i place order at Advant IT park, Unit no - 50, Tower C, GF, Noida expressway, NOIDA of masala dosa and choley bhature (bill no. 524/2324/8057 and token no. 480). As i reached home i realised choley bhature service was complete but Masala dosa service was not complete. Dosa was plain instead of Masala and Sambhar and coconut chutney was not given. This is an irresponsible behaviour

    I visited Sector 63 Noida outlet on 20th August with family. We had a very bad experience of the methods of ordering and servicing. QR codes were not working and order was manual on cash counter. It took almost half an hour to prepare our simple breakfast which is regular item. then I ordered for mineral water online and to my astonishment it was served in 20 minutes after many follow-ups. Moreover, there was no one to supervise the process or to whom we could talk.
    very poor level of servicing in hospitality sector. Needs a lot of improvement through proper training as to how to treat customer at eating place.
