Complaint Refund for double payment

    This is to raise my issue with the concerned team within Haldiram New Delhi Stn. outlet for a transaction which I made on 20th Feb 2024 @ 8:54 PM IST amounting to INR 409.99 through PayTM (UPI) - screenshot attached. The payment didn't go through at the time of billing due to some technical or network issue and was stuck at that point. I paid cash in full at the billing counter as an alternative thinking the payment was failed, however I realised later the paytm transaction was successfully completed and the amount was debited from my bank account. I have raised this over the mail 5 days ago with no response yet
