I had a payment thru Mobikwik to aditya birla finance Limited on 05.02.2019,Time 19.19.33 (Details attached)and was INR 7535/-. But Now concern is that payment declined but amount debit from my UCO bank account no. 00090110023358. and Still not reversed. Often times i called your customer care but no response .
Request to you kindly look into this .

I have noticed from my Amex Card statement dated 02.02.2019 that an amount of Rs.8206/- has been debited to my Card on 19.01.2019 by ZAAKPAY - TRAVEL AGENCY. Check these 2 issues and get back to me immediately. Otherwise I will move to next level of escalation because this is an repeated issues on recent days.
