I made a purchase in valorant of rupees 800 which was supposed to give me 800 Vp, but there was a bug and they did not give me my vp points. When i contacted them for the refund, they told me to contact you. So please help me and solve this problem. I have used 800 rupees and got nothing.. i have proof of purchase.

It is to inform you that we are Counterintelligence Special Cell New Friends Colony, New Delhi is investigating complaint No. - 59 A /2021 dated 28-10-2021 of Mrs. Madhu Goswami During the course of the investigation, it has come on record that two online transaction Rs. 20,000/ and Rs. 20,000/ has been done from her debit card No. - 4594-5301-2324-9450 without her knowledge.
1. Rs.20000.00 is debited from Kotak Bank a/c XXXX4041 to zaakpay@mairtel on 16-01-22. To report fraud/raise dispute, click kotak.com/fraud. New balance: Rs. 6,820.10
2. Rs.20000.00 is debited from Kotak Bank a/c XXXX4041 to zaakpay@mairtel on 16-01-22. To report fraud/raise dispute, click kotak.com/fraud. New balance: Rs. 26,820.10
Now for the purpose of the investigation, you are required to the following information to the undersigned to proceed further into the matter:-
(i) Registered User Id of alleged and mobile number and email ID of alleged which is used for this transaction.
(ii) Provide all transaction detail with the address of alleged wallet no.
(iii) Details of POS, merchant name, and details of a fraudulent transaction.
(iv) Details of IP logs, registered mobile no &e-mail id, and particulars transaction through zaakpay@mairtel.
(v) Address of delivery, purchaser’s name contact no., e-mail ID’s, etc
(vi) Details of Courier company which has delivered the item/goods.(v) Details of linked account with the ID.
(vii)Order details of the user.
(viii) Any other relevant information deemed fit for the purpose of investigation.-
(ix) If not delivered, stop delivery of the above-said transaction immediately.
Your early response enables us to trace the person. This request may kindly be demanded sought under section 91 CrPC
