I had booked 3 railway tickets using Zaakpay with my credit card and I had canceled all of them due to covid. IRCTC had refunded those amounts on 21st May 2021. But the amount didn't reflect yet in my account. The refunded transaction Ids are below with the amount

Zaakpay is a fraud company. I have booked train ticket and first time transaction was failed and second time I ca.ncelled the ticket. IRCTC website shows that they have refunde the amount but amount has not credited in my account. Never use this payment gateway method
