put my call on hold for almost half n hour by Satish Singh:

I called at reliance cuatomer care at 11:50 pm on 28 august 2015 for my bal dedustion.. mr. Ritesh kumar was attended my call n put my call on hold for the name for transfering my call to his senior but no body answered and not even unhold my call..
kindly take some strict action against him or i will go to consumer forum.

sir i recharged with rs60 on relience prepaid and second day my balance cut 36rs but i didnt activate any vas pack so where are my balance . Get it to me .
regarding bad service by custome care executive by Anil kumar Yadav:

Now a days as I have observed some customer care executive person providing very bad service to reliance user because since last 2days, daily my balance is deducting, and when I talk to customer care officer then they are not able to clarify to my question and dropped my call without completing my queries.
Now I am unable to call in reliance customer care service.
