    harassment by JAGMOHAN MOTORS BAHALGARH ROAD SONIPAT by sunil chhikara:

    With profound grief I would like to draw your kind attention that on 02.06.2017 I received a telephonic call from JAGMOHAN MOTORS SONIPAT that insurance of Maruti Car A star bearing No.HR10T 4801 is due on 26.06.2017 and requested for renewal. She was requested to get the policy delivered at my home on Saturday (17/06/2017) and get policy amount then & there immediately. On 19.06.2017 I rang a call at JAGMOHAN MOTORS -9812000434 and requested for insurance policy.She submitted that I am busy with some other assignment, did not respond properly and disconnect the call without giving proper response.

    On 19/20.06.2017 I again made a call at JAGMOHAN MOTORS. The call was attended by Ms. Seema and assured to get Insurance Policy delivered today itself. I am sorry to say that the person of JAGMOHAN MOTORS delivered estimate only and demanded a sum of Rs.5300/- and assured to deliver the Policy after 3 days.

    This is unethical practice that when a customer is paying demanded amount in cash, why the policy is delivered after 3 days. Its totally harassment to consumer. With this grief and harassment I preferred to approach United India Insurance Co. Ltd. and get insurance on premium of Rs.4722/- on same insured amount,

    Keeping in view the above facts, kindly arrange to get this case examined and stop this mal-practice of harassing customer and charging extra amount.

    Sir,
    I Hitesh Sharma want to lodge a complaint against “The new India Assurance Co. Ltd.”. I have Maruti Swift ZDI which is insured through the above mentioned company since January 2015 and further renewed every year. My car is insured till January 2018, Policy no. 98000031160304914050 with zero depreciation cover. So I am paying higher amount as compare to normal insurance cover.
    My car got hit by three sides due to sudden break by 3 consecutive cars in my front and 1 bike hit at my back and when I tried to save the accident by moving the car by my side the running board was also affected by the laying stones near the divider (as some metro construction was going on) on 28th September 2017. I went to the Bagga link Maruti service center, Vasant kunj, New Delhi on the same day and claimed for the insurance for front, back and side running board of my vehicle. They kept my car and asked for car RC, Insurance papers and my driving license, which I submitted at the same time. I was told that the insurance company survey will be held and they will confirm that what all will be covered under the insurance. I did not have any call from the insurance company but I got the SMS from Bagga Link service center with ref no. JC17009191 that estimated date of delivery of my car is 5th October 2017, and they have received our vehicle to satisfaction. But on 30th September 2017, I got the call from the Bagga Link service center and they conveyed that only front side of our car will be covered.
    Then I spoke to insurance company’s customer care no. and they told that for full cover I need to give the FIR report and they are unable to cover multiple damage ever. I was not told to Submit FIR report on the same day when I got the accident, now after 2 days how can I file FIR for back date? I have claimed for the insurance for the first time in three consecutive years and now I am so much clear that the company is not going to execute my claim ever, which is really very disappointing. I want to take some strict action against this behavior of insurance company.

    I had paid the insurance amount for renewal on 08/01/2018. On 10/01/2018 they finished their verification. On Saturday 13.01.2018 myself only contacted yr insurance company and I talked with one of yr executives and they assured me that you will get it on Monday 15.01.2018, till now i didn't get the copy. Since my insurance going to expire on 20.01.2018, the same also I had explained to them. so kindly look into this matter and make arrangement for the same. Sir, these type of ignorance and lapses will spoil your name.

    Dear Sir,

    I was going to Haridwar for the Asthi Vishargen of my Tau jee (He has no son) with my family. On the way it was raining heavily. After filling petrol, car was stopped at the Air Filling Station of petrol pump for filling the air. Meanwhile an untrained bike driver hit the right side of car damaging BUMPER, Right side cover, RHS front light broke and came out. Due the hit and jerk my 3-year daughter who was inside, her head hit with the front screen resulting in its damage.

    So car was temporarily repaired to go to Haridwar for the Asthi Vishargen and perform puja for peace of holy soul of my beloved Tau Jee (Uncle).

    Sir, my vehicle was inspected/surveyed by Mr. Yogesh Goel (Mob-9717480011). He has allowed to the Replace/ repair of front Bumper, RHS cover but not approving the replacement of front glass which also damaged at the same time without giving any justified reason.

    I hope your good self will consider this genuine case and advise concerned for the replacement of damaged front glass.

    Damaged vehicle is at Vipul Motors, Noida.

    An early action will be highly appreciated.

    I have paid insurance premium due to wrong link sent to me by rana motors. The excess payment is not refunded to me even after one month.
    Pls refund the excess premium paid else i have left with no option except file the complain before consumer forum for cheatig and fraud

    Dear sir

    I had given my car to your authorized dealer KTS automotive Byculla West Branch to repair my car. The insurance company gave approval on 9th December but I have still not received my car. On regular follow ups with them they have now said that maruti has not sent the parts so now you shall get your car on 25th December.

    This is not correct and I demand compensation for my travelling expense since it's not my fault for this delay. Below are the details mentioned about my car repairs
