    With profound grief I would like to draw your kind attention that on 02.06.2017 I received a telephonic call from JAGMOHAN MOTORS SONIPAT that insurance of Maruti Car A star bearing No.HR10T 4801 is due on 26.06.2017 and requested for renewal. She was requested to get the policy delivered at my home on Saturday (17/06/2017) and get policy amount then & there immediately. On 19.06.2017 I rang a call at JAGMOHAN MOTORS -9812000434 and requested for insurance policy.She submitted that I am busy with some other assignment, did not respond properly and disconnect the call without giving proper response.

    On 19/20.06.2017 I again made a call at JAGMOHAN MOTORS. The call was attended by Ms. Seema and assured to get Insurance Policy delivered today itself. I am sorry to say that the person of JAGMOHAN MOTORS delivered estimate only and demanded a sum of Rs.5300/- and assured to deliver the Policy after 3 days.

    This is unethical practice that when a customer is paying demanded amount in cash, why the policy is delivered after 3 days. Its totally harassment to consumer. With this grief and harassment I preferred to approach United India Insurance Co. Ltd. and get insurance on premium of Rs.4722/- on same insured amount,

    Keeping in view the above facts, kindly arrange to get this case examined and stop this mal-practice of harassing customer and charging extra amount.
