    Dear sir

    I had given my car to your authorized dealer KTS automotive Byculla West Branch to repair my car. The insurance company gave approval on 9th December but I have still not received my car. On regular follow ups with them they have now said that maruti has not sent the parts so now you shall get your car on 25th December.

    This is not correct and I demand compensation for my travelling expense since it's not my fault for this delay. Below are the details mentioned about my car repairs
