I am complaining from last 7 days... I have asked for technician visit nd I have been told everyday that by today technician will come.. But he hasn't come yet even.. It's a humble request to the head of the Department to send him.. Bcoz I am an IT engineer i have a lot of work to do through internet nd it is not like we haven't paid we have paid fully and you guys are not providing the service properly than m sorry to say u can take back your router nd give us refund... #very poor service#very very disappointed

Its more than 10days, I’ve paid my renewal fees to activate the connection but no one is coming for the installation. I had conversation with you customer support also on the period for everyday but no positive outcome appear.
I called everyday to your customer support team and it’s very difficult to connect with them, everyday i have to go through this.
