आज मैं 220 का पेट्रोल लिया और हमे 150 का पेट्रोल दिया और हमसे 220 रुपये गुंडागर्दी से ले लिए
मैं ये कहना चाहता हूं कि कम पेट्रोल क्यों दिया जाता है
मशीन में अंदर से सेटिंग कर के कम पेट्रोल दिया जा रहा है
कोई अधिकारी क्यों कोई कार्यवाही नही करता उनके खिलाफ
के आप के अधिकारी भी पेट्रोल टंकी के मालिकों से बिके हुये है
क्यो जनता को धोखा दिया जा रहा है
मुझे कोई नम्बर दे जिस पर मैं उनके खिलाफ कंप्लेंट दर्ज करू

When I fixed the regulator to cylinder gas was start leak. Most of the time it is due to cylinder 'O' ring problem. When replaced the same problem is solved. Pl. to be care about it.

I ask staff for cctv camera checkup first staff refused but when i forced than they check
In cctv footage petrol pump employee pick money from floor but when ask him he deney & refused

I was filled petrol form BP Soyla (Distt- Jodhpur) on 20 Feb 2022 at 4.40 PM. I was said for filling petrol for Rs 2200/- the duty staff say for me about looking the Zero and start filling. He hold continue the handle, moving up and down. I said to him but he say that it is not working (on hold position) and after that I fount that he filled 10 ltr petrol instead of 20 ltr. Please check the matter and take action immediately.

Issue:
I am using SBI BPCL Credit Card to earn some reward points by using it on BPCL petrol pumps. But, above mentioned petrol pump many times deny to accept payment through my credit card or use a different machine; therefore, I am denied reward points.
I have asked them many a times but no help from them.
Please look into the issue and do the needful.

This is the third time this is happening with me at Kartik auto centre vikas Puri H-3, New Delhi. They just stop the meter. When he is filling petrol he stopped the meter and filled the petrol 0.87L at 120rs.

The staffs were very rude and ignoring. There is no toilet for ladies and gents. One toilet was very dirty and other toilet is locked, which they are not ready to give the key . When asked they dont know anything they were making fool and rude.
