    I want to draw you kind attention towards the bad experience we as customers are facing everytime we travel using your SRS bus services. While booking the bus through online medium, we can see that the drop points are available, however the bus driver does not stop or travel to the said drop points.

    I had booked 2 tickets, both were ladies from Bangalore to Belgaum for 13th December via online portal, The drop point was mentioned as RPD ( belgaum), however the driver of the bus was not ready to travel to that point. He stopped the bus at their drop point ( ramdev) which is about 20 km away from the point.

    Despite informing the driver that the drop point is available on the portal, he was not ready to drop. Also he was arguing with the passengers and was speaking with an angry tone (almost abusive). His exact words were, I dont know what is mentioned on the portal and I will only drop you people at this point. You are free to complaint and do what ever you like.

    This type of behaviour and response from the staff is not appreciated with anyone, specially with ladies travelling. This is a question on the integrity and principles of the SRS Travels as an organisation. Also this is not the first time we are facing this issue. I personally faced the same issue multiple times with the same SRS travels.

    I also had an interaction with the customers travelling on the bus and they complained that they are also facing the same issue from some time now, they also tried to complain at the SRS depot at Ramdev, but there was no one who was ready to listen to them.

    This is very disheartening and disappointing, we as customers are entitled to received the promised services, however on real grounds this is not happening. as an organisation it is your responsibility to make sure customers are receiving what is promised, if not promises should not be made. This is false promises given to customers to loot them.

    Also, I will be sure this review is updated on all public forum so that no other customers face such an issue, Also I would recommed customers not to use SRS Travels ever in future.

    This email is written out of complete frustration and disappointment. As an customer this was never expected out of SRS travels.

    Mujhe Ankola jaana tha issliye my driver k puchaa ankola drop kar sakte hy kya bolke. Driver n kha ha ok but 300 rs.per person Im shock after sum time im request to driver 300 rs bahuut hua kuchh kam karlo bola nahi hamara bus hy hamara ruls hy bolaa baadme b bahuut log mazburi se gaya hy oh bus me. Mujhe ek bath boliye oh paise sab travels m dete hy kya e drivers. Cumse cum 3000 to 5000rs income hota hy e drivers ko. e sab unka hi jeab m jaata hy phirbhi kuchh rate kam nahi karte hy dusre kisika seat m golmaal karke leke jaate hy please reply me as soon as possible.

    I have find only 2 Raw in well in condition after that all raw sheet fell like without AC also back side I found loud sound of bus engine because that passengers can not sleep well. It 8s better that to travel in simple without AC bus I stead of Volvo AC. Back side travelling fell like truck.

    Iam travelling in below bus from TANJAVOOR to Bangalore.. while coming also I booked same bus with my family . In lower berth there is no AC it's not working we
    Suffocate lot with our baby. While asking the driver simply he is telling in lower berth AC there is some problem ..how idiotic is this .. and the driver I need to mention abt him.. I think he is a video game player I hope u understand .. I will pray to God that srs owner and driver family should face this type of problems in thr own file ....AC sleeper bus without proper AC with a beautiful driver with stinky dirty curtains ...think abt the nite we spent...

    Myself &my wife travelled yesterday from banglore to belgaum (2/8/18).bus number was KA 51AA 6973 ..Total we had 2 bags..,but the cleaner didnt allow us to keep the luggage at dicky and he kept only one bag ..other bag we kept inside the bus and it was very difficult 4 us to sleep..The way how he behaved with us was very bad..The driver asked us the probkem and he also didnt respond 4 this..when we get down the cleaner he just open and given dicky and he told us to take the bag from dicky...very irresponsible staff...very bad service you r providing 4 the customers..I know nothing u will do 4 this...

    Worst experience.My parents were travelling from mysore to pune,first didn't reach the pickup point at time.And I was there to drop my parents but the driver started the bus without my father who was supposed to travel with my mother and my father was trying to keep the luggage in luggage area.when the driver was asked to stop the bus he started shouting and agruing.I was there in the bus to help my mother to her seat and I was not supposed to travel but they took me n left my father who was supposed to travel.Me and my mother was alone in the bus and when we asked the driver to stop he was continuously shouting n illbehaving and abusing.
    Such a pathetic service.
    Will Never use SRS again.and will also recommend people not to travel with SRS.

    Management should throw out the driver because if they keep behaving like this.No one is going to travel with SRS.

    Driver informs while pickup itself that bus will delay Pune. Am still traveling and not even 2hours from Mysore, Driver says bus will not reach Pune at 6:30am as it says online. He rubbishes the destination timings listed online and says it will be nearly 3hours late. I call the Bangalore head quarter cc number getting it from the mysore office. They drop the call after saying its my call. Mann? How my call when already traveling in the bus now. We book the tickets looking at a convinient pickup and destination time and this is really taking people for granted. Kindly change the timings online, my request.

    Booked a material from Hyderabad to Coimbatore. now it's has crossed a week. Half of the material is reached and half of the material is still struck in Bangalore. You people are not doing any free service and your location poc's are very very rude enough and don't know how to deal with a customer. If you can't transport a material on time then why do you people accept the consignment. Our business is struck because of this and it has gave us 50K/month loss. We lost a regular business from a customer.

    Delay, bus comfort, Rude response by staff, commitment by Sarvani pratap:

    Commitment issue and in between they are boarding non reserved passengers. This happened starts from Bengaluru to till Eluru. Bus changed from multi axel to normal small bus but no information regarding this. Delayed by 4 hours. Rude response from staff.

    I am not going to choose SRS again.
