    Hi Team,

    Driver Name: Raju

    I want to draw you kind attention towards the bad experience we as customers are facing everytime we travel using your SRS bus services. While booking the bus through online medium, we can see that the drop points are available, however the bus driver does not stop or travel to the said drop points.

    I had booked 2 tickets, both were ladies from Bangalore to Belgaum for 13th December via online portal, The drop point was mentioned as RPD ( belgaum), however the driver of the bus was not ready to travel to that point. He stopped the bus at their drop point ( ramdev) which is about 20 km away from the point.

    Despite informing the driver that the drop point is available on the portal, he was not ready to drop. Also he was arguing with the passengers and was speaking with an angry tone (almost abusive). His exact words were, I dont know what is mentioned on the portal and I will only drop you people at this point. You are free to complaint and do what ever you like.

    This type of behaviour and response from the staff is not appreciated with anyone, specially with ladies travelling. This is a question on the integrity and principles of the SRS Travels as an organisation. Also this is not the first time we are facing this issue. I personally faced the same issue multiple times with the same SRS travels.

    I also had an interaction with the customers travelling on the bus and they complained that they are also facing the same issue from some time now, they also tried to complain at the SRS depot at Ramdev, but there was no one who was ready to listen to them.

    This is very disheartening and disappointing, we as customers are entitled to received the promised services, however on real grounds this is not happening. as an organisation it is your responsibility to make sure customers are receiving what is promised, if not promises should not be made. This is false promises given to customers to loot them.

    Also, I will be sure this review is updated on all public forum so that no other customers face such an issue, Also I would recommed customers not to use SRS Travels ever in future.

    This email is written out of complete frustration and disappointment. As an customer this was never expected out of SRS travels.
