    Complaint against manager popular kollam branch by Savithadas:

    We informed the manager popular service centre kollam beach road branch to pick up our car KL02BG5981 owner name savithadas due to bad smell coming from AC vent however inspired the repeated call over the past one week the manager has blocked our call and as refused to send driver to pick up the vehicle.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I hope this email finds you well. My name is Lijo, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service that I recently received from your company. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in the hope of finding a satisfactory resolution.

    On January 11, 2024, I received service, and unfortunately, I have encountered the following issues:

    As per the conversation with Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd staff (Dhanya), she mentioned three offers if I provided my vehicles on or before January 15 (as per your company's policy). I submitted my vehicles (Maruti Swift Dzire KL 02AK 2416) for service on January 11. The offers were:

    Free pickup and drop.
    Free alignment and wheel balancing.
    30% discount on labor charges.

    Despite adhering to the conditions and providing my vehicles for the 13th service, these offers were not reflected in the bill. Consequently, I had to pay the full amount, as all items on the bill were included, and the mentioned offers were not applied. Had the offers not been communicated during the call, I would not have provided my vehicle within the specified timeframe. This situation is frustrating as I specifically chose to service my vehicle on January 11 based on the information provided by the staff that the offers would end on January 15.

    Additionally, I purchased extra mats for the car (both front and back), which were not returned with the vehicle. Although I was informed that a refund for the items would be provided, this is only mentioned here. I seek a resolution to both issues.

    I have attached a copy of receipts to support my claims. If required, I am willing to share the call recording with staff, clearly indicating the mentioned offers. I must emphasize my disappointment with the overall experience, as I expected a higher level of quality and service from your reputable company.

    I have attempted to address these concerns with your advisor (Joseph), but regrettably, the issue remains unresolved. I understand that challenges may arise, but I believe it is in the best interest of both parties to find a swift and satisfactory resolution.

    I kindly request that you investigate these matters promptly and provide a detailed response outlining the steps you will take to address and resolve each issue. If possible, I would appreciate a resolution within 3 business days.

    I value your company and hope that we can resolve these issues as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.

    My car KL 53 N2452 ALTO K10 VXI (O)AMT, Chassis No-MA3EZDE1S00429455 was given for service and repair on 11 - 11 - 2023 at Popular -Vehicles& Service Central, Manjeri. They said that there is water in the petrol tank and that it has been cleaned, but since I was on Xmas vacation, a week later, when I drove the car, there was a smell of petrol from the vehicle and when I opened the bonnet, the tube (injector pipe) connecting to the engine was broken. When this tube broke during service, I later found out that it had been glued on - quickly found (maybe luckily escaped in case the car caught fire).
    On 08-01-2024 Maruti service center was requested for repair and told that this tube is not available and advanced Rs.500/ to order but the service was done on 02-02-2024
    These problems were caused by a serious failure during service
    As the cause of financial loss and hardship can be attributed to the negligence of the said service center, I am requested to take proper action and take necessary action to resolve the mental and financial problems I have suffered.

    21, 01 .2024 I booked Maruti Fronx. Maruti Areena Kannur staff Robin accepted the booking and then Robin informed us that the vehicle reached the yard on 30-01 2024. He informed us that the vehicle will be delivered to us on 31st, so if we want to take the vehicle, TP & insurance, we have to pay the full amount. 31-Ol' 24 I made the full payment of the vehicle to Taliparamba NEXA, then when we came to Taliparamba NEXA for delivery, the vehicle has not arrived at the yard, after this Robin has not called us yet and then cheated us by saying that he would deliver the vehicle every day. Then Taliparamba Nexa informed that the vehicle will be delivered on 5-2-24 and there will be no change, I waited till the evening of 5-2-24 but Taliparamba NEXA is now saying that it will be delivered on 6-2-24, I made full payment on 31/01/2024
