I have order car race track cake but received cake with low quality not as per concept order.When I bring this to notice of owner of Mongoinis Maninagar Ahmedabad Gujarat state he behave rudely and threatened me and my family. I have sent cake sample to food quality test and file police complain before branch owner and staff.

Dear Monginis,
I regret to inform you that the quality of your cake which I purchased from Neral store was pathetic..
I took almost 7 small cake for the occasion of my child birthday and I was so wrong to choose MONGINIS instead of other good cake shops..
I want refund on that cake which was badly spoiled and tasted like hell and also I believe your quality control checks are professional because as per me they are not professional because the taste was pathetic..
If anyone from our family member after eating that Pathetic Cake could have suffered from stomach infection.. Would Monginis have taken the RESPONSIBILITY???
If I don’t get any good response on my complaint or if I don’t get my refund I would take this matter to TWITTER And other online platforms which may lead to your brand loss
