    Internet Connectivity Issue facing in Last 3 Days by PROSENJIT GHOSH:

    Dear Sir,


    Myself Prosenjit Ghosh. My user id is p.ghosh_ab. I have an two Broadband connection in Alliance.. In last Saturday on 14/4/18, i am facing internet connectivity issue,, i will contact many times alliance broadband toll free number and local service provider... they said it will be resolved three and four hours later... Again i am calling in afternoon to local service provider,,they said it will be resolved by today... but monday i am facing same problem... i will contact service center but problem is not resolved, they said i will contact in your area local service provider and provide feedback immediately...But no Call received in your service center... i will contact local service provider but they did not received in my phone...

    I have an two connection,, it is used on official work,, i have an two authorized service center havells and usha..so, I am facing problem too much,, please solved this problem immediately... otherwise i will change service in your operator.... local operator provide very bad service & do not res-ponced...

    Hi,

    Team, this bellow email was sent to you before but I did not hear anything yet. Bellow are my questions.

    My question is: Do I have to stay without the wireless? Do I have to deal with such mannerless people every time I have issues? Does Alliance give business to such mischievous operators? If the gentleman has the number of that guy who configured my router, then isn't he one of them? If not then how he has his number? If yes, then isn't their plan to rob the customer like me, who has the issues with the connection every time? Aren't they creating issues themselves and sending people to steal money from customer?

    Please let me know who all I need to speak to?

    Hi,
    I reported an issue about my slow connection (6-7 MB) and the person on the call logged a complaint (16218). Then I called the local operator and he assisted me to connect the LAN directly to the CPU. The LAN was connected to my Router previously and worked for wired and wireless both. Once I called the local operator he connected me to the CPU directly but then the Wireless connection stopped working.

    Then after 2 days the slow connection was fixed and I connected the LAN to my router and through Ethernet connected to my CPU from router. Now, the wireless stopped working after the local operator configured me manually putting IP, DNS etc. I called them and told that once you guys configured me to connect directly to the CPU, my wireless connection is not working. I called them several times and today when I speak to a person from local operator he did not want to tell his name. Then he was repeatedly telling me to call that person who first configured my Router. But the person was one of them (local operator).

    Then he disconnected my call. When I called again one lady picked and she was literally shouting on me and was repeating the same thing that I need to call that person who configured my router. I just wanted to explain that, when I called first time for the speed issue, the person on the call instructed me in configuring the router manually and that might be the issue now I am not getting wireless connection. So I wanted to change that configuration so that I can get the wireless connection again as the wired is fine. However, the lady was so rude and was not allow me to speak even and continuously shouting on me. Again she was telling me that they will not help me in wireless connection and was not ready to understand that, one of them changed it manually when I called them. She was nearly abusive. Then some gentleman picked the call and spoke to me nicely but told me the same thing that they can not do anything as the wired connection is fine. Then the gentleman gave me the number of that person who configured my router first and told me to call him.

    Now I am without the wireless and waiting for a justice. I called on the toll free number again and the person on the call logged another complaint (21175). Then I got a call from a lady and she tried to get me the wireless connection back but without any success.

    My question is: Do I have to stay without the wireless? Do I have to deal with such mannerless people every time I have issues? Does Alliance give business to such mischievous operators?     please improve our internet service . even too poor that i can not brouse any address in bouser at any time. what evening what morning i can not brouse any thing. i have wifi connection of you but here same case arises. in phone also happens.
    so i shall request you that please improve your internet connection.

    I am using alliance broadband connection since 7yrs. But around September 2018 suddenly my connection stopped working , when I contacted alliance customer care they told me that there is problem in their switch ,which will get resolve in 3-4 days. But after 10days also the problem didn't got resolved. So I again contacted them but this time my connection subscription had expired, so they didn't logged my complain and asked me to renew my subscription, so that i can register a complain.And as they said i renewed it. After that they registered my complain but again no action was taken to resolve it. After multiple calls also , they just keep saying that this will get resolve soon. After one month the subscription got expired again, but still the issue was not resolved, and i was waiting that may be it will be resolved in some days.And now it has been almost more than 3months , they had not taken any action and when i am trying to log a complain they are again saying that your connection is in expired state and they will not register a complain until i renew my subscription. Previously I renewed , but still they didn't resolve it, now if I again renew it, my money will again get wasted , as the connection is still not working. Because if connection is ok, then after service expires, user gets a service expired message in the login page. But since the connection is still not working , the login page is not opening, so I requested them to first fix my problem first,then i will renew my subscription, but they told me that ,you need to talk to franchise to resolve your problem, and when i talked to the franchise people they asked to log complain in alliance customer support. After so many request to both the offices they are not taking any action and harassing me that go and find another connection, we will not provide you the connection. Please have a look at my problem and please resolve it as son as possible.
