    Hi Team
    I have called couple of times to the customer care number They are transfering the same to trafic control...Trafic control team is giving another number i.e 1800227550. No one is picking this number-its not even ringing.

    No one is serious about the issues and concerns-Buses are running late without any reason.we are hearing from conductor 'bus road varti chaltey' I was waiting at cadbury junction from 12.40 another perosn was there from 12.30. Bus came at 1.20. After askkng to conductor he replied bus is there in every 30 min. Its not the first time-no one is getting tracked at BEST?
    The way we received a reply is really very shamefull.My contact details are below waitinv for the reply.

    Dear B.E.S.T Team,

    As a regular traveller in B.ES.T. Buses From past few months i have noticed that devices given to conductors do not work on wifi connectivity.
    on asking the conductors they say that wifi is not working.

    i am unable to understand how can a device is unable to connect to wifi even if it is switched on, is the reason for not wifi working is that devices are cheap or conductors keep off the function of wifi by themselfs.

    and it is not only for 1 or 2 buses 95 & of devices dont work wifi.

    the main reason for using the e ticket is that conductors need change money and they behave like idiots if somebody pays them even 50 Rs note for a ticket of 22 Rs. as they sy we dont have change , BEST Should provide enough change to do their work ease.

    if you are unable to repair your device atleast upgrade the apps with e ticket which does not need the paper ticket, so thats how paper is also saved.
    the idea for paper ticket is bad in this modern world.

    if this will be the situation very few people will travel by bus and it will be loss to your department.

    please have a look to solve this problem.

    Double payment through Smart Card by Sangita S. Samant:

    Dear Sir,
    I am regular traveller by BEST with monthly recharge smart card from Vanrai Colony,Goregaon(E) to Hanuman Road Ville Parle(E).
    Smart Card no. 25021800000816.
    Last 2/3 days I faced lot of problems while ticketing with Smart Card. They are as follows.
    1) When purchased ticket for the above route, got tickets without print of Balacce Amount shown.
    2) Sometimes tickets with printed Balance Amount .
    3) when tried to explain the conductor that the amount is being debited from the card and ticket without print of Balance Amount, conductor starts argueing that to pay the amount as the ticket not showing the print of balance amount.
    That means we have to pay the doble money for single journey .
    When tickets are issued there is no print of Balance Amount. Our money is going to debit from the card.
    It is not our mistake that your machines are out of order most of the time. Why should we pay double money to BEST ? Who is going to give the extra money we paid to BEST ?
    Is this a way to give discomfort to regular traveller ?
    Why don't you change your system so that more people can attract the Public transport?
    Try to explain me at the ealiest.

    I m a resident of kurla west and i just wanted to bring to your notice about the irregularities of bus services in kurla east (Nehru nagar) mumbai
    The bus number 362 is never on time and the frequency of bus is also very lesss compared to other buses and there are many passengers waiting in the queue for more than 1 hour but the bus is not on time and the bus drivers and conductors aftr asking them they dont say anything.
    And sir people at the end go for autos after waiting for more then hours this is not the way it should be.
    Everyone is in hurry for their job but this infrequency of bus 362 results to a big loss in their time also.
    I hope you will do the needful sir.

    I'm travelling from Rani Laxmibai Chowk to Majiwada I saw one board in bus according to that board only 20 standiees are allowed and conductor is carrying more than 20 most of the people are hanging on door.

    Last two month i have received bill more than RS.1000.00 this month I jave received RS.1680.00 it is so high my consume is very low .. I'm small family last month RS.1380.00 before that RS.750.00 ,450,380 but this continues two month increase more than 1500.00 RS.please solved my issue if required pl check my meter and replace them please reply as soon as possible

    there is no responsibility of conductor and driver for the person with disability...We know that about the lockdown rule but, i have one question to ask for the government and best employees. Can we sit on handicap seat to stand up any normal person or we would manage the situation going on in lock down....I cant stand-up more than 10 minute but just because of lock down we didn't get disabled seat free to sit please let me know because i am facing this problem daily ucc.skhan@gmail.com
