Complaint Double payment through Smart Card

    Dear Sir,
    I am regular traveller by BEST with monthly recharge smart card from Vanrai Colony,Goregaon(E) to Hanuman Road Ville Parle(E).
    Smart Card no. 25021800000816.
    Last 2/3 days I faced lot of problems while ticketing with Smart Card. They are as follows.
    1) When purchased ticket for the above route, got tickets without print of Balacce Amount shown.
    2) Sometimes tickets with printed Balance Amount .
    3) when tried to explain the conductor that the amount is being debited from the card and ticket without print of Balance Amount, conductor starts argueing that to pay the amount as the ticket not showing the print of balance amount.
    That means we have to pay the doble money for single journey .
    When tickets are issued there is no print of Balance Amount. Our money is going to debit from the card.
    It is not our mistake that your machines are out of order most of the time. Why should we pay double money to BEST ? Who is going to give the extra money we paid to BEST ?
    Is this a way to give discomfort to regular traveller ?
    Why don't you change your system so that more people can attract the Public transport?
    Try to explain me at the ealiest.
