Poor IDP Management and Facilities by Deepty Gupta:

Hello Sir/ Madam,
I am Deepty Gupta, Candidate # 078964/C, Passport # N4450104. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the IDP IELTS paper which was held on 8th of July, 2017 on the day of Saturday at Hotel King – (Kangan Hall) in Jalandhar city (Punjab).
This was so happened with start of registration where the IDP administration took a very long time to register everyone; they have finished to register at 1:00 PM, which was suppose to start the exam time. They have divided people in three section of A, B & C. They keep on allotting seats after second verification which finished till 2:30 PM, due to their system error & insufficient logistics systems (laptops). They have announced to all students to wait in the open area at first floor which barely have proper roof, in that very hot day of that examination almost everyone waited outside for about one and half hour. After fixing their laptop problem they have started the examination at around 2:45 PM. Till that time we students were completely exhausted and were not able to put our 100% in our exam as like we prepared. I was totally in bad situation after waiting for more than expected time because of which I have got headache and felt too tired.
All in all, the complete IDP management was very poor.
1. After check in to the examination place at 11:30 AM, I have been waited for more than 2 hours for my exam.
2. Took very long time to stand in queue for my registration process.
3. No proper area is allocated with proper seats and facilities.
4. Invigilators are being so rude and taking a lot of time to deliver their services.
5. Air conditioner was extremely cold at the place where I was seated.
At last, we left the hotel around 6:00 PM.
During this entire event who suffered, off course me and my performance. I was completely lost my concentration to write my paper and it will definitely impact my many days’ hard work and practice.
THIS CAUSES GREAT DISTRESS TO ME AND MY FAMILY.
In this regard, I would appreciate your quick response with a hope that, I will not going to suffer because of this problem.
At the end, I would like if you focus you kind attention to this issue and as per your IDP standards give me appropriate solution out of it.

Very bad behavior given by IELTS exminar without any mistake they try to cancel my exam and wasted my 10 minutes in reading because a un knowing person which is sitting in front of me and started looking backbard to me and suddenly exminar started blaming me without any reason and finally they cancelled the unknown person paper and wasted my 10 minutes in reading

TDS behaviour (Tajinder singh) by Lalit saroa:

I am utterly dissappointed with the TDS namely, Tajinder singh (Sardaar ) who do not have any sense to communicate with staff, his words were "Tuc 800 luttan aaye" infront of all invigilators and secondly, my major concern is about the incidence happened on July 27th, 2019 at Riviera hotel in which I was given 4th row and I was standing infront of the third row because of projector placement in row 4th. At the same time, when Mr. TDS saw me, he said why are you standing infront of 3rd row. I said due to projector when I stand, the screen is getting disturb, he replied by saying you should stand in your row only, or stand infront of 5th row despite an invigilator, who had duty in the same row, was attending the candidate for filling DV sheet.((((Is this logical to stand infront of the projector????? ))))) When I tried to explain he directly said just leave the hall. What kind of system is this, Is he comes for ruling or doing his duty. I have been doing duty for 4 years, I haven't seen such kind of disgusting personality who don't have manners and etiquettes. I would say try to give respect to invigilators without them and team work organization is nothing. I was quiet only because of IDP's name and TDS Manveer's name who referred me. Wrong usage of power leads to consequences. I would suggest respect your coworker, employees, build strengthen relationships and don't use language like illiterate.

THIS IS IN REGARDS TO THE TEST PROCEDURE I ATTENDED ON 28TH SEP 2019 AT HYDERABAD, INDIA. ALTHOUGH I WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE TEST, THERE WAS A COMPLETE MISMANAGEMENT, AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CANDIDATES, OR EVEN THE PROCESS. on 13th Jan I got a mail stating that I have been Banned because I used Imposter( Someone else in my place) to give the exam but it is totally wrong since only I have given my exam by myself.
I am ready for any type of verification and inquiry.
There might be confusion due to my passport photo because that photograph is 6 years old that time I had a long beard (Sikh custom). but now I am trimming my beard.
I have done proper biometrics which you can verify.
You can verify and match my handwriting.
I have attended classes in FlyingFeaters IELTS institute you can verify from them also.
just Before my exam for preparation, I have taken 1 week's leave from 12th Dec to 16th Dec I have proof of that also.
I have already given the Computer-delivered IELTS exam on 13th March 2022 you can match the photo Biometrics with that in that exam I scored 6 Band. so after that, I did a full preparation.
The candidate sitting after me Gurwinder Singh, Passport number: W2169801, Mobile no: +91 7973842350 is the eye witness that I have given the exam by myself.
The candidate sitting before me I have her details but you can verify from her also.
Sir, I am ready for any type of Inquiry because I have given my exam by myself.
I am well-educated( BTech from Punjabi university, Master in Information Technology, MBA ) and have 5.5 Years as a software developer Currently working with Thalesgroup (Well know MNC all over the world) as Technical Lead why I will do such type of thing? there might be some confusion due to my old beard passport photo.
I know my reading and listening test went very well but my writing and speaking are not that great.
I am kindly requesting you please check through the matter and help me I had done nothing, and I am ready for any type of inquiry.
I have given the exam my myself after proper verification and Security checks, please help me.
