Hi,
I booked four tickets for movie STREE for your rohini theatre on 31st august 2018 for 02 september 8:25 show from my debit card.The payment is deducted from my account but i have not recieved any confirmation on mail or on my mobile,even on app it is showing no tickets trasanction has been made.So kindly help me and resolve the issue asap.

i tried booking tickets for thugs of hindustan on 6 nov 2018 at 9 30 am...for 8 november 4 pm show....
amount deducted first and then transaction failed.....
i tried booking again...amount deducted again and same message bad gateway..after 1 hour i received a message u got some points for your ticket booking ...and no tickets in my app...by the way when both transactions failed i already booked ticket with book my show....pls refund my both deductions...such pathetic service r offering
