    I have purchased 3 fans of Sun flame from CSD canteen New Delhi on dated 25 march 2017, today one of the fan is stop working so kindly look into and replace the same on urgent basis.

    I had complain twice they don't have good technicians. Third complain given which is same as before had leakage my complain number is 8170617231 dated 17/7/17 today is 29th till today They have not attended as my wife had called them many times they use to bluff yesterday I had got the call from Mr naval he said on 28th at 2.00pm person will come with some part and will attend your complain till evening no one came after calling guy was making story. Today morning I had called him he dint come on phone he gave to some other guy I told him I want to speak to Mr naval his number 9975702338 give him as could listen person giving him instruction what to say.That guy then came on phone started barking on me as told him where was the person yesterday who was going to come and solve the complain this guy was such a bluff master and rude .Is this way to attend the complain after buying your sunflame new product if any fire incident happen company will be responsible same complain I will send to consumer complain department.

    Sunflame Crystal Glass Top Shatterred by Saroj Shrivastav:

    One and a half month Ago, My Sunflame Gas Stove Glass Top shattered, We live in Kolkata and ever since , I have been trying to get the Glass replaced. To my surprise, for more than a month now , the only response I get from the Sun-flame Dealership is that Glass is not coming from Faridabad, and we can not do anything, This was un-acceptable that too at a Metro city like Kolkata. They also told that Faridabad has no stock of glass.
    They even gave me number of Faridabad office, coordinator. I also talked to the lady she said Problem will be solved within a week, but now even after more than 10 days, Kolkata has not received the supplies, and problem remains same.
    Only change is that when I call now, the Faridabad Coordinator also does not pick-up.
    When I was purchasing Sunflame Stove , I was given all assurance of service, but such is the situation, I have decided not to go for any Sunflame Product in future, and will also narrate this story to all my friends and contact. I have also Planned to put this picture on Facebook and also will create a blog of Sunflame after sales Sufferers , to make Sunflame understand hardships faced by many customers like me.

    I was purchase a two burner gas stove of sunflame in 30/12/2015. I was purchase it from Spencer retailer shop Gorakhur.Bill and warranty card is with me. My glass part of gas stove was broken automatically during december 2017 due to heat and cold.I was not damaged by any accident.Gas was always placed in my kitched so there is no chance due to any other reason. I have submit the gas stove to your service centre gorakhpur on 29/12/2017 it is under warranty of 2 year. But your service centre is so irresponsible that he had not told me/ inform me yet. After so many followup from service centre they provide us a mobile no of service head of gorakhpur. He is also not replying me over regarding my stove. Now Service centre is saying that your warranty is going to expire on next so that Company reject your claim.
    You have to pay 1500 for the repairing charges.

    Please be clear to me that if it is under warranty so why company is not exchaning the damaged part.I am going to file a case against service centre and company for claiming wrong warranty during sales.

    It is not the matter of amount, I am also working in service sector and commited towards service but your authorised service centre at gorakhpur anmol service centre is not behaving me as customer, ypur office officer service engineer having mob no 9452995549 is also neglecting my complaint.

    If you r taking seriously please lodge a complaint and inform me over my mob no 9598011968 otherwise i will file case under consumer form along with orignal bill and warranty card.

    Last days we follow but no solution 4 time talk customer care 5 to 6 times talk service centre so many time calls service centre head but no solution first time i purchase sumflame product electric gas geyser 3 litre but not happy
