We have sent one machine to bangalore which we taken from madurai GH which is high priority its not delivered . We booked a courier on last week thursday still not delivered to our manufacturer.

Such a poor support from SD courier and French express.

I faced 2 problem in last one week only.
1. my medical box booked form Coimbatore to AIR PORT RAOD, TIRUPATHI
For that delivery boy is not accepted to delivery in AIR PORT ROAD, he saying you come and collect the material even emergency also.
2. From Chennai to Renigunta parcel is not delivery for that he is saying today is shiv rathiri so can not deliver the material even medical also,
So what is the purpose of courier service? and if you can not deliver the materials please close your business.
For both courier one delivery boy and whenever he has free time only he will delivery the materials even parcel is very important and medical also.

Courier will be not delivered & tracking will not be coming name only will be express don't send anything with these courier I sent by the courier due to urgency still now it was not delivered very very poor they must close and go soon.

Dear sir
I am booked the courier for 12.08.2023 in the morning near Kavari Hospital Kovilambakkam.
Actually I am booked the courier due to being unable to travel, While booking, need to deliver before 14/008/2023 at 9 pm informed my daughter-in-law needs the dress independence day function.
I called to call centre it's out for delivery. with one hour deliver the couriers told.
many times call you your delivery person. he shouted to me due to rain no possible delivery. but check after 5 pm no rain in Mahabalipuram.
this is purposely not delivered in the woman colleges.
Kindly give the correct reason for not delivering the courier.
Otherwise, I am filing the complaint in consumer court.

AWB 22336099111 booked at Tuticorin on 30 Nov 2023 reached Sankarankovil by 2.00 PM on 31 Nov 2023. This was not delivered to the customer on 31 Nov. After making many calls to the agent, (Muthusamy , Ph9894843417) he delivered on 01.11.2023 at 4.30 PM. He delayed the handing over more than 26 hours. We are regularly sending articles through out India. This sort of activities will definitely harm our business. Kindly take necessary action
