    Sir my daughter by name kirthika is travelling today from pondicherry to tuticorin around 5.30pm bus from pudhucherry. The bus has not stopped for dinner till time and not for rest room.now the time is 11 20 pm. What is the service rendered by ur driver. She felt bad and because of her hungry she spoke to us that she is not feeling well. Detailed notice will follow

    I have booked two bus tickets to travel from Chennai to Mayiladuthurai on 20th March 2020 in Universe bus (UBS) through Mobikwik. My ticket PNR is 45ET2SHB, operator PNR is UBS266635 and Bus operator I'd is 1422142230.

    I got message from the bus travels that my bus got cancelled and alternative bus will be arranged, but there was no contact number specified in that message. So I tried calling bus customer care number which is not working and after googling for hours, I got another number of the travels and it is busy for more than 1 hours. After continously trying for 1 hour, finally a person attended the call and states that my new alloted bus's driver number will be sent to you shortly. And by 10.30p.m I have received a message containing new bus's driver number and Bus timing to board at Chennai Guindy by 11p.m. Despite of this last minute confirmation, I started to Guindy from my home in Guduvancherry which is 30 kms far from the boarding point with my Wife and 2 kids (2 month new born baby & 3 year old baby) and I started to contact bus driver on my way, but he was constantly rejecting my calls. I have reached the boarding point by 11.15 p.m & was still trying to contact the driver. And I have waited for more than 45 minutes in my boarding point till 12 a.m and I lost hope about bus picking us and I was no longer ready to put my family in risk waiting at bus boarding point in mid night with my wife and 2 kids waiting for response from the unresponsive bus driver. So I decided to leave to my home, despite of my situation that needs to travel to my home town. By the time I have reached home, I am getting call from the driver stating bus is waiting for me in my boarding point (12.45 a.m). And I cannot travel back 30 kms again to catch this bus and put my family in risk again. I am very unhappy and fed up for the inconvenience caused by the bus travels yesterday. I would request you to take appropriate action against the bus travels and provide me a full refund.

    for their own convenient , they dropped me at unknown place , it is more than 100 km from my orgin place .

    Bus started from Velankanni at 9:15am and surprising bus changed at Nagore. After this bus was not stopped anywhere for the bio break. All the ladies, kids & diabetic patients were suffering because they are not able to use toilets. After the repeated heat arguments driver stopped the bus at the petrol bunk around 3:44om. Then bus stopped for lunch at marakkanam around 4:15pm. By the time Babies were crying for food and got exhaust. All the diabetic patients got dizziness. I am going to rise the official legal compliance against Universal travels and also against redbus for not monitoring them properly.

    Dear sir, Your Bus details from Chennai to Karaikal on 23/11/2023 , Bus No: PY 02 S 5576,
    The bus performance is very worst I am not satisfied in this service. Your company name one of the best service but in this time very very poor . Sleeper cover and window cover is all are very dirty . accept my complaint and change the performance.

    Poor bus condition, broken seats no provision to keep luggage. Only looting money on charging extra, poor maintenance. Worried how to travel 8-10 hrs travel journey with family and kids by Johnny:

    I was book the bus the bus time was 11.30pm but there came at 1am .. Till that time all the service number conductor number are switch off and money also no refund...
