Franch Express Courier service is very poor. Staff performance is not good. I send lot of courier through franch express all courier delivered delay.

As I booked my courier from Chennai to Delhi the delivery was not professional and Delayed.The people who work at the Courier service were arrogant and Irresponsible for the Courier.The worst courier service ever for Domestic as well as International. I highly recommend customers to not prefer Franch Express for courier.Such an Unprofessional and Dumb courier service ever. Especially Mr.Senthil from Chennai is whom I have booked the courier has Humiliated customers and he himself accepted Franch Express as an worst Service and did not Use any Polish words for communication.

Actually my courier came to nearest hub of me in Bangalore,but they didn't delivered me and at least no body is answering.I tried so many numbers of franchise express courier but no body is answering.

Very bad impression. I had a parcel from AH colours coimbatore with Aw :22120724496 to my customer. Now 14 days, not yet delivered. When i checked status, it is sent back to coimbatore because adress not found. Adress was already mentioned and exist. I need it urgently. Do something urgently, otherwise am going to do a vedio against your company and post it in facebook and youtube
