Jyoti opticals walo ne isake liye myjhse Rs. 5000.00 liye the.aur mujhe yojana ke anusar buy one and get one ka labh bhi nahi diya gaya.mujhe one card diya jo ki beuty pal company ka hai aur usme mere name ke saath meri eys ka lens ka number hai.saath hi one crizal ka blank card diya gaya.vvbg pvt ltd co ka card par ek track number 237011428141 emborse hai.
Mujhe yah samajh nahi a raha hai ki mujhe crizal ke lens mile ya kisi aur co ke.

I gave for glasses on 2/11/2022. Which I got on 5/11/22. I am constantly complaining to the supplier that it is not made right. He gave them to be rebuilt after 1 month. Who met after 10 days this time. Now this is also not good. How do I know that he is not fooling me? He didn't even take any complaint in writing. What should I do?

Complaint on CRIZAL Lenses by RAJAN BIR SINGH:

I ordered 2 Pairs of CRIZAL Lenses (Vx Progress Style 1.50Crizal ePRO) on 30th May 2023 through M/s A-1 OPTICALS, Shop No-44, Sector-16D, Chandigarh. A-1 OPTICALS received these from your company on 02nd June 2023 and fitted those in my pair of Spectacle frames. I am getting Blur Near Vision when I wear these lenses. I am attaching the below documents for these CRIZAL Lenses –
a) Picture of the ‘Packing Covers’ in which these CRIZAL Lenses were sent by your company to A-1 OPTICALS.
b) Picture of the ‘Warranty Cards’ sent on my name by your company for these CRIZAL Lenses.
c) ‘Tax Invoice’ issued to me by A-1 OPTICALS for Rs. 11500 (Rupees Eleven Thousand Five Hundred) for these CRIZAL Lenses.
The reported Near Blur Vision being faced by me is either due to the wrong CRIZAL Lenses sent by your company or the wrong fitting done by your partner A-1 OPTICALS.
I am a very senior person working as President & CIO with a Multi-National Company and our family is a regular customer of yours for CRIZAL Lenses.
In view of above, please refund the amount of Rs. 11500 paid by me for these problematic CRIZAL Lenses.

I have purchased SV eyezen crizal rock BCT with PID RX0031068819 and I am very dissatisfied with the product earlier I had uv blue ray preventia which is a lower version of the above and I used it for 3yrs without any complaint and the supplier is not ready to exchange which is causing a lot of problem yo my eye. Off recently my eyes have become dry because of which I am not able to work on my computer
Doctor says my all other eye test is normal.
