Dear Concern,
I purchased Samsung washing machine on 15th Aug 2017, they promised me to deliver the product on 16th Aug 2017 by 6:00 pm. Since we are working we took off and stayed at home but dint receive call from any one, finally we tried reaching the concern person ( Suresh) but the answer we got was just like slap on our face. Suresh passed on the phone to the driver he is telling NO i cant come and deliver the product.
Is this way you give us services. i would like to rate Girias -1... you guys are unfit in providing services. If product is not delivered today then we will cancel the product.
WORST SERVICES.

October 20 2017 I bought Panasonic washing machine model number NA-F65S7SRB I buy gift to my sister on the Diwali unfortunately my jijaji not taken gift from me next day I went to Gandhinagar Girias to speak to manager take product return because already have washing machine in my home and manager also upset the product cancellation and he told me he gave me refund from cheques only after sometime sales executive lady was come name is ( Lavanya )simply shouting from staff and front of my sister also that's way I taken washing machine to my home.... what kind handling customer really upset

this is with regards to a lucky draw held by St. Vincent Pallotti church, Doddabanaswadi, Bangalore for a gift amount of Rs.20,000-/ issued on 26th January 2020. had visited Ring road branch, but they did not have new stock and told us to come back after a month.
due to this Corona virus Lockdown, we are unable to use this coupon. Kindly oblige once lock down has been lifted.

I have bought a lg refrigerator on 23 june 2023 at girias vijaynagar after 1 month in August Der was no cooling n err on Display technician had come n sorted d issue dn again in December first week same issue d technician had come n dne it dn again this week from Monday I complained to girias so many times n I personally visited also but dey said that dey r sending d technician but still no reply really fed up of dis issue pls I need a replacement of d fridge if u people ignore dn I have to take it public

Dear Sir, I wanted to purchase LG 55 inch LED TV at Girias, Mandya - Karnataka, 571401. I have made a payment on 31st March 2024 and also the amount is deducted from my account. But Girias claiming they have not received the amount and very poor response to queries. I have checked with bank and they confirmed the amount is credited to the merchant on 1st April 2024.
