ear sir,
We have a garments shop in Ahmednagar maharastra and we regularly recieve goods from tci express mainly from ludhiana.we refer to the docket no 927622043 from ludhiana send by our supplier sethia apparels.The cartoon was torned from inside and the stitching for small torned area was of different colour .four pcs were stolen from the boxes.We have never recieved such complain in the last 15 years with tci xps .The manager of tci xps in ahmednagar is not ready to hear our complain also.we have three big shops from last 70 years and why we would complain unneccessarily.The pcs were forced out by making just a whole and again stitching it.This is a modus operandi done by many transports but was never with tci but in this parcel this is done.

the amount of four pcs is 190*3 =570 and 270 *1=840/-
This is clear cut case of theft by truck driver you should inquire instead of manager arguing with us .if we do not recieve any response from your side we shall end our long association with your transport.pls note this is not the mistake of our company because the co does not send empty boxes .morever the condition of boxes is that of forced open.the company has huge production.They do not cheat because several pcs are lying in company without getting stealed and they have trust and are not also bothered.They are huge companies where this amt is very meagre for them but for us it is a betrayal of trust by your truck driver and your harsh manager.Pls note we always prefer your transport and also inform others to get goods through your transport.You can ask our shop record from your tempo person mr neelkant.

pls also take action against the local manager because he does not even hear patiently our complain.

We are inform that a consignment in the name of Honesty was booked by TCI which reached Lucknow on date 14/05/2018 but material was not delivering logistics while the consignment had been booked for door delivery. When we follow-up , today came with the consignment, which is a lot of damage the material, so we did not accept it, logistics has left the material on road.The packing was out of the material and the material part was separated.

We have not taken the consignment to the logistics and have gone on the road. If material is lost, then it will not have any responsibility for us.

So you have to concede that the consignment be returned. We can not accept it
