Regarding wrong deduction of toll charges at Duhai point- EPH by Anirudh Chauhan:

I have entered the eastern peripheral expressway at kundli point and exited at Duhai Ghaziabad. Charges were automatically deducted through fast tag. I Paid Rs 175.0 toll for UP14EM9941 at Duhai. WORST MAINT OF TOILET BLOCK by VIJAY R KHARCHE:

I was travelling on NH 151 A and stopped at Dharampur Danta Toll to use the washroom. The toilet block maintained at this toll plaza were in worst condition. The tiles were full of dust and muddy, flush tank was broken, toilet seat were also missing. Overall in very dirty condition. Similar feedback was given by my wife for the ladies block and she could not use it. What's the use of providing the toilet block and not maintaining it . Hope you will take up with concerned to ensure that these are maintained neat and clean. Awaiting feedback

It was so bed condition of road and due to that lot of bumps were present during full journey , is any team moinetr its quality while they are charging and what report they generate for repairing of road. i have entered on KMP from Mavikala toll on dated 15/6/23 at 8.44am from delhi side with vehicle HR10Z4899 having valid entry receipt and out at Jahakuli toll distance both toll is hardly 15km toll tax should be <50Rs. but toll tax as per message to me is 280Rs .my card having balance 250Rs also message received my fast tag is black listed that is blender need strict action /solution that issue

i my self Anil kumar entered at KMP toll plaza on 15/6/23 time 8.44am from Delhi side with vehicle HR10Z4899 .i have entry receipt and left toll plaza Jahakuli at 8.55am .distance between both plazaes is hardly 15km so toll tax should be max <50Rs .while i have received message of 280 Rs.and also message my Fast tag become black listed due to insufficient balance. in fast tag i have 250Rs(150 in fast tag+100 in wallet) at that time ,that is negligence of work need corrective action by authority .and short out the issue
