Complaint Wrong toll charge

    i my self Anil kumar entered at KMP toll plaza on 15/6/23 time 8.44am from Delhi side with vehicle HR10Z4899 .i have entry receipt and left toll plaza Jahakuli at 8.55am .distance between both plazaes is hardly 15km so toll tax should be max <50Rs .while i have received message of 280 Rs.and also message my Fast tag become black listed due to insufficient balance. in fast tag i have 250Rs(150 in fast tag+100 in wallet) at that time ,that is negligence of work need corrective action by authority .and short out the issue
