Dear sir there are major problem occurs by you toll operators at Srinagar toll plaza section ( km 74.500 on NH2) section -Delhi Agra NH2 booth and operator is -Md6 sat1835. The booth operator misbehaving with my driver and punished him without any reason and they have done it before so many times in night. They wants more money without recepiet. Do we have to pay toll tax again on NHAI toll plazas even if we return within 12 hours of crossing the toll plaza ? i.e at present the toll plaza operators issue one way or return slip which is a bit cheaper than getting two separate slip while crossing & coming back within 24 hours. Is there any provision that you have to pay only once if you make return journey within 12 hours ?Please clarify because someone sent me a Whatsapp supposedly from Sh. We are residents of aganampudi, there has been an order from central government to shift the aganampudi toll plaza near lankelapalem in 2016,but there is no action on that since two years. Local residents have increased a lot and we always have to pay toll if we cross. Staff are very rude and ask us to take monthy passes. What is the need for us to take monthly pass when there the toll gate is illegally placed there. As per government rules there should not be any toll gate within 10km of city limits.There had been many complaints till now on the toll plaza till now but there is no action.And toll staff also proudly saying to public that u can file a complaint, as they are fully aware that no action would be taken. Provide some passes to local residents and action on the toll plaza immediately.

Chinthamani village in villupuram is posing a big risk. Boys usually drunk park two wheelers and trucks on the service lanes. They even chase the cars that enter the service lane. My car was chased by one Suresh from Chinthamani village on 27 May 2018 night around 10 PM. This guy was drunk and was chasing my car wearing a bermuda, finally I stopped near the bridge and after elders intervention I moved out. I request your intervention to take measures to prevent such incidents also do the required to stop parking on this service lane.

With respect I would like to request you to do needful for pilgrims going to mata na madh. Every year, thousands of pilgrims go to mata na madh, kutchh, gujarat for worshipping ' maa ashapura' on navratri festival. People from all over india do foot pilgrimage every year. Many cases of accidents are recorded every year. So it's my request to cut some parts of trees that cover the road because worshippers have to walk on the road. Other than this, do some patching work on the route. For the avoidance of accidents, safety is required. So for that purpose, make arrangement for distribution of radium jackets to all pilgrims so vehicle drivers can see the pilgrims on highway.

Safety is must for everyone and your department has been working perfectly in that direction. This pilgrimage will start on navratri festival so take some concrete steps for the above mentioned matter. Maa ashapura pours her blessings on all of us..

Hi NHAI team,

I belong to Karnataka, Bagalkot district. We have agriculture land (in my father name). Due to highway, our land is devided into two pieces.
Now we are planning to have borewell on oneside, so that we can make our agriculture land to irrigation land.
but this irrigcation can happen only for one piece of land. We cant have seperate borewell for another peice of land.
Now we wanted to check is there any option from NHAI, so that it can provide some method to pass water from one peice to another peice of land.
For example inserting a pipe acroos below the highway from one end to another end.
Did you get similar queries erlier as well, can you please help me in getting more information for the same query.

My identity proof is from Himachal and my car purchased from Punjab and your toll plaza is also in Punjab (near about 3 KM from here). I was trying to make my toll plaza pass (because nearest market from my home is to cross your toll plaza )but your toll manager refused to make it.i want to make my toll plaza monthly pass without any trouble.and also I want to know that the validity of Multiple pass , I'm assuming it for 24 hours ,is that true that the validity of Multiple pass is 24 hours. Today when I was going toward chandigarh to jalandhar via Rokar, and when I reached on toll of c&c kurli and on toll when I asked d slip for 12 hours and inquired abt wht will be happen if a vehicle is lying above 3 min in toll then the staff of the toll Did not given a satisfactory reply to my enquiry and forcibly received toll amount from me for 24 hours instead of 12 hours.
