    Don't stop the bus at school stands because of huge students by Himanshu:

    Green bus not stops at school stands ...they think that they did not pay fare for there ride. checkers or conductor does not examine students and those who having pass they suffered from that and because of that we always reach school late or home. Conductor not gives complaints book .

    VERY VERY POOR SERVICE ROUTE NO. 910
    Dear Sir,
    I am a regular passenger of DTC Bus route no. 910 Morning & Evening ( Sayed gaon to Shivaji stadium bus stand ) D T C Bus. The Service of this bus is really poor, and waiting time of the bus is nearly about 1 hour to 2 hours. Sir our office time start from 9.30am to 6.00pm. I am working and it’s really difficult to reach office on time & same problem in Evening at Shivaji stadium bus stand. Times information window (ATI) said " Bus Aai Gi Too Jaigi". Humbly request make availability of route no.910 in morning 8.00am from Nihal vihar& evening 6.30p.m at shivaji stadium.
    So I kindly request you to take the necessary action as soon as possible.

    I am student of RTR GSV SURHERA,N.D -110043 .There is no bus between 1pm to 4pm for destination Durala border ( bus route no 827). It causes many problem for student to reach home ,many of i reached at home at 4 pm so please take action on complaint

    The driver of dtc cluster bus 835 did not stoped the on the stand of uttam nagar terminal....that bus going tilak nagar to dhansa border....many people was waiting for that bus since 30minutes...a old man dropped down and his hand was injured .. to follow the bus ....plz do something sir....the time was 5:15 pm when it gone from uttam nagar ....monday 27 november 2017.....plz sir ....do something ....

    we want to inform you that before one and half month Route no. 990 service was good, we had gotten bus every 10 minutes. but after Diwali we are facing problem especially after 5pm. mostly time bus come after 45 - 50 minutes bus has heavy rush so we cannot able to catch bus . we request you that please provide bus every 10 minutes .

    Dear sir,
    I am Aakash sharma Today when I caught a green line bus 957 bus no(DL1PC1570)from Rohini sec 22.
    I asked from conductor(Pardeep) about the ticket first he deny for give me ticket and misbehave with me and also using abuse language cause I have no change of 500 rs..and also say that go and wherever u want to do complain so do complain no one can't do anything of me...now dear sir,mam u tell me is this manners to behave with passengers..

    Sir .with due respect i am to state that the availability of dtc is rare.it can be said as none in the route 972 i.e bawana to uttam nagar i am a daily passanger of the bus . But it is very unfortunate to say that there is no dtc bus in the route 972 from 7pm to 9am .it very sad that the persons are going in the mini buses like sheep and goats .but is shame to say that the time table officers are just like the dump and deaf .there is no answers after several times complaints on the complaint numbers

    The bus 727 is often late and sometimes takes more than 45 minutes to arrive.

    Suggestion: Make the temporary route permanent (392) by Dhirender Singh Negi:

    Dear All,

    I am a regular passenger of bus route no. 392 (SafdarJung to Noida Sector-60), for almost last 2 years or so the route of 392 was diverted via Noida Sector 58/60 to Sector 62, by this time period a huge no. of regular passengers have been added to this route, but from today onward the route of 392 has been reverted to it's original route which is via Shopprix Mall to Sector 62, as discussed with no. of bus conductors this has been concluded that a very few passengers are available on this route, which is quite a loss for DTC as a whole and also very distressing for all those regular passengers, who were getting benefited from this new(temporary) route.

    Therefore, I would be requesting and suggesting you to make this temporary route as a permanent route of bus no. 392, so that it will beneficial for either side.

    Sir,

    DTC Bus No. 355 is running from Noida Sector 32 to Anand Parbat/ New Delhi Railway station. Most of the office goers are depending on this bus from Noida. But it is very regrettably inform you that we lost trust on this bus as never they run on time and alternate days trip are cancelled due to various reason that only God knows. Although there is time table for this bus but never run in time.
    Could you please arrange proper supervision on this bus and restore the trust of commuters who daily depend mainly for daily routine works.

    Beyond the destination of where he took ticket. And even he talked in a very bad manner.... He should be punished for this... And there should be a proper training given to them to atleast how to talk to people.... They r not the one who can talk in any way they want....
