Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Irshad Ali, today i was going for office and i was on dallupura bus stand i saw that some ticket checker grab some passengers and checks his pocket and purse and asking money forcefully. even though one of checker slap one passenger regarding money. when i was tried to make his video, one of checker observed me and get my mobile and deleted the video also abused me that jyada kejriwal banne ki koshish mat kro. they give me warrning also k jaan se maar dunga agar dubara kabhi video banaya to.
They are in one cab which number is- DL 9C AM 3591. timing 9 Am approx date- 4.12.2018
I need strict action on this other wise i will go for next level.

मै अजय कुमार 10-12-2018 शाम 6pm मे अपने Library से पढ़ाई कर के घर वापस जा रहा था। उसी समय 883 बस में police line Kingsway camp Delhi से चढा। तभी उसी में सवार ticket cheaker ने मुझसे ticket मांगा। मै बस मे भीर के कारण साइड मे खङा होकर टिकट लेने के लिए रुपये निकाल कर हाथ में रखा ही था। तभी उसने मांगा और मेरे हाथ से रुपये छीन कर अपने पास रख लिया।
उसने मुझसे ticket न रहने पर बार बार blackmail करने लगा और बार बार 200 रुपये मांगता।
जब मै उनको थाने जाने को कहा तो वे लोग थाने भी नहीं जा रहे थे और बार बार धमकी दे रहे थे कि पैसे लाओ। नही तो जाने न दूंगा। तो मैने एक चाचा (पुलिस) को फोन किया तब ये लोग उनसे बात की तब ये पैसे मानते रहे।
अंत 1 घंटे होने के बाद एक खाली बस मे चढाया और पैसे मांगे साथ ही जबरदस्ती करने लगे।
इन लोगों ने बहुत ही परेशान किया।
कृप्या आपलोग इस पर ध्यान दें।

Sir, I used to travel for office from Pooth Khurd Hospital bus stand by Bus No 988. Which have only one service in the morning.When I tried to stop the bus.The bus driver won't stop at the given bus stand.Instead he will drive away looking on the opposite side of the road. Acting as if he didn't notice me. Please advise and guide the driver to stop at the authorised DTC bus stand for the convenience of passenger.

Today (16-04-2019) this bus number DL1PC 5404 while going from lajpat nagar route at 9:30-9:45 pm suddenly took a sharp right tutn and I with my family was in the car driven by me. I quickly took action and pushed breaks. This bus went straight ahead as if it does not matter and the cars behind me pushed breaks too. One car hit us..But we were not hurt.
If I would not have pushed break, it would have been a big accident and a lot of people would have been hurt.
Please take strict action against the driver as it is not a race or joke to play with others lives.

This bus driver at 6: 09 crossed the sundar nagar bus stop has not stop the bus because the traffic signal is green. It's my request to take action against them. Hey sir /mam,
This is all about to know if I can make any complaint for DTC bus services as from last couple of days I am travelling from the DTC buses for my office from the route to Uttam Nagar to Azad Pur and I see drivers and conductors don’t treat people and sometimes me well.
If I don’t have any change in my pocket for the fair the conductor can let me know easily and I can think to make the things sort out but instead of this they shout on the people like they are blaming us to not to carry the change.
If it’s related to AC buses conductor asked a man in the bus if he has AC in the bus bcz the man was asking him to turn on the AC as it was hot, means what to say is the conductor the real owner of the bus who can talk to the people anyhow he wants.what the way of talking a conductor should have if he can talk to the passengers like they owe they something.
Sometimes I wait for the bus on a bus stand and they don’t even stop the bus and it’s not only with me I saw it with hundreds of people on a daily routine.what do I do if I am not getting the good services I am paying for.it doesn’t matter me or who but if it’s about the things someone is paying from his pocket then it means he atleast deserves some good service.
Yes I saw some people in the buses who are really good drivers and conductors who always stay calm and treat good to the other people but why rest of them don’t have the same patience and etiquettes.
So my only question is if I can make any complaint if I see something not good happening with me or someone who is travelling by the DTC buses.
I will really appreciate if you reply me back asap.
