    Hi Team,

    My mom is ckd 5th stage patient and came for vascular surgery. But doctor did some trail to check the functions of veins for fistula and told to take appointment later for vascular surgery. We had insurance so wanted to use it thinking opertaion would be done .

    The doctor did some checkup for 3 hours and next day she should have been discharged. But the insurance team raised cashless claim for 50000 rupess but operation took only 3000 rupess charge .And top of that they were not providing required documents for claim to process which delayed for 4 days .

    Now think about kidney patient how much suffer she has undergone waiting for 4days to discharge .Now she is not feeling well .We told to provide bill but they didnot listen to us .Finally we need to fight and pay money by ourself on 5th days as the claim is still getting delayed because the hospital insurance team not peoviding the documents

    So the insurance team and staffs played a game to loot money ? There are many ways to do it and its not right path to make patient who came to recover more ill .

    I really want the concerned team to take proper action .we are again coming for surgery and want to opt insurance .If you are not taking it i may take the case in other way .

    When lots of patients are there when mostly of northern and Eastern India, why preference is given to Local patients relative.
    And why local language is used by this particular giard to communicate and announce any information.

    When it is asked something, this guard is not cultured and with no ethics.

    Dnt know how I will be communicated for this but hope the service guards must be sessioned on this.
