I ordered US Polo association shirt. It was delivered to me with yellow stains on collar. i have not even opened the shirt and all the tags are intact.
Exchange request by submitted by me and i bought a more expensive Ethnix Raymond's shirt. Now on delivery, the Agent refused the exchange and my exchange request has been kept on hold.
This experience has put a question mark on credibility and product quality check of Myntra.
Kindly resolve the issue and process the exchange request immediately.

Hello, I am Liza. I ordered products from kaya skin clinic company on myntra app but somehow I changed my mind and cancelled the order. According to the instructions the should be credited on 25 sept in my bank account but i have not received my refund. Give my refund to me otherwise I'll have to complain in customer court.
