I have ordered 1No of woodland mens Show through your online shopping app and this is not first time i am purchasing goods from your app only. But this time my experience was totally bad,
On 5-12-21 I have purchased/booked one pair of Woodland shoe (Document attached) and on 10-12-21 your feild boy called me ans said your order is here but on same time told me Sir ee will deliver it on Saturday, but i didn't got any call on Saturday and i was expecting that on Monday I will get it.
Today on 12-12-21 I am getting message that my order has been cancelled, while talking to your customer care he told me due to internal issues we have cancelled your order.
I don't know how a trusted online shopping providers can do this.. I need my order on Monday I. E. 13-12-21.
Rather it can't be justified..

Dear sir,
I want my refund for payment 1448 rs. done for Dressbery Jacket. Return was rejected just because of reused product.
Even all the tags are intact in Jacket.
I want to assure that product was received on 14 Dec 2021 by 5.30 PM around and return request raised just after with in 1 hour on 14 Dec 2021 .
Although reshipped scheduled for this again. But I will not receive that low quality product again.
This experience has put a question mark on credibility and product quality check of Myntra.
Kindly resolve the issue and process the refund request immediately.
